The Chilliwack Corn Festival at Greendale Acres Farm

Chilliwack Corn Festival at Greendale Acres

Greendale Acres hosts a Chilliwack Corn Festival in the summer. The event features corn-related competitions, live music and other family-friendly activities.

The inaugural festival ran on the weekend of August 3rd and 4th in 2024 which was the Saturday and Sunday of the BC Day Long Weekend.

(Note: Greendale Acres is where the famous Chilliwack Corn Maze takes place in late summer and the fall, and events like the Chilliwack Plowing Match and Sweet Spring Flower Festival happen in April. It’s also a place where you’ll find all sorts of amazing farm-related games and activities for children.)

Greendale Acres is a farm in Chilliwack with a variety of family-friendly attractions and events to check out throughout the year. The property has farm animals, a giant jumping pillow and playground structures. Greendale Acres usually opens around Easter and remains open for the Sweet Spring Flower Festival. New for 2024, Greendale Acres has a special event celebrating the summer season and the annual opening of its Corn Maze.

The Chilliwack Corn Festival debuted on the BC Day Long Weekend this year. It’s full of sweet corn and fun at the farm. The festival has a corn eating contest and a corn shucking contest. There’s delicious sweet corn and corn-based dishes to eat. The Chilliwack Corn Festival is also a licensed event, meaning there are alcoholic beverages available too.
