ABRA Cadabra

ABBA is a Swedish supergroup of four artists including Björn Ulvaeus, Agnetha Fältskog, Anni-Frid Lyngstad and Benny Andersson. They rose to fame by making popular disco and pop music from the early 1970s to early 1980s. They also released a new album in 2021. As a group, ABBA is one of the best-selling acts of all time.

ABRA Cadabra is an ABBA tribute band that’s been touring for more than two decades. They play live instruments and offer powerful vocals to audiences of all ages. Shows by ABRA Cadabra are known to be family-friendly and interactive. The group performs many of ABBA‘s greatest hits including “Mamma Mia,” “Dancing Queen” and more.

The Country Divas

The Country Divas is an all-female tribute band. The group covers songs by legendary women in country music.

They perform popular tunes by Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, Patsy Cline, Faith Hill, The Chicks, and more. Their shows are more than just music. Shows with The Country Divas include fun choreography and interactions with the audience. Their powerful vocals and accurate costumes make for memorable concerts, especially if you enjoy country music.

Billy Joel Piano Man Tribute Concert

Take It To The Limit

Take It to the Limit is another tribute band with shows in the Lower Mainland and elsewhere in Canada. They are a group of six musicians and vocalists who come together and perform songs by the Eagles.

For those who don’t know, “Take It To The Limit” is the name of an Eagles song. The Eagles are an American band that has been making rock music since the early 1970s. Their music is popular still today.

The most famous members from the real, original Eagles band are Glenn Frey (on vocals & guitar) and Don Henley (on vocals & drums). The band itself was one of the most successful and prolific bands of its time. They had six #1 albums and five #1 singles. They also sold over 200 million records and won six Grammys for their music!

Some of the Eagles’ most famous songs include “Hotel California,” “Desperado” and other hits, all of which you can expect to hear at Take It To The Limit tribute concerts. Just a few of the other famous songs by the band include the following:

The Rocket Man

The name of this tribute band is a reference to the hit single of the same name by Elton John. The Rocket Man tribute band features piano stylings and vocals by Ryan Langevin (who also performs as Billy Joel with The Piano Man). He is joined on stage by a live band and talented dancers who bring the joy of Elton John’s music to audiences across Canada.

Elton John is a British singer who has been in the industry since the early 1960s. Most of his music is considered Rock or Pop Rock. He is recognized as one of the most successful artists ever, having sold over 300 million records throughout his career. Some of Elton John’s most famous songs include “Bennie and the Jets,” “Crocodile Rock,” “Candle in the Wind,” and “I Guess That’s Why They Call It the Blues.” He is also famous for “Circle of Life” from the Disney movie The Lion King.

We saw this show in 2023 and it was so much fun! Ryan Langevin was amazing. There were 10 artists in the show including eight musicians and a couple of dancers.

The Piano Man

One of Billy Joel’s most famous songs is The Piano Man. That’s also the singer’s nickname as well as the name of the show starring Ryan Langevin who performs the music of Billy Joel with Moon Coin Productions. Ryan has performed at lots of major Lower Mainland events including at Concerts on The Pier in White Rock, the summer PNE Fair at the Pacific National Exhibition, West Vancouver’s Harmony Arts Festival, the Langley Canada Day Celebrations and various other events.

Born in New York in 1949, the real Billy Joel is an American artist who’s famous for his piano playing and hit songs like “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” “Honesty,” and “Uptown Girl.” Other songs you’ll recognize Ryan Langevin singing include “It’s Still Rock n Roll to Me,” “River of Dreams,” “My Life,” and “Only the Good Die Young.” Billy Joel has sold over 160 million records over the course of his career.

We really enjoyed The Piano Man concert when we went. Ryan Langevin sounded just like Billy Joel!
