The Harry Potter experience opens on Friday, November 7th, 2025, and runs nightly until Sunday, December 7th, 2025. Entry times begin as soon as it gets dark, starting at 5:00 pm in early November, then at 4:45 pm later in the month, and continuing into December.
The event takes place at Stanley Park (Vancouver, BC V6G 1Z4) and welcomes visitors of all ages. Guests can expect an illuminated forest pathway filled with interactive features, themed lighting, and familiar scenes from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.

The walking trail takes about 45-75 minutes to complete, depending on the guest’s pace.
Guests can expect to spend around 60-90 minutes at the event for the whole experience. The trail includes some uneven sections, making it not fully wheelchair accessible. Motorized scooters for adults are available for hire on-site.
Event Schedule & Tickets
For the first time in Canada, Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience runs for a limited time at Stanley Park, from November 7th to December 7th, 2025.
Ticket prices vary by date and time, starting at around $43 for guests over age 13 on late-evening weekday entry. The tickets average $85–$90 for peak sessions plus fees. Children’s tickets are slightly cheaper. Family bundles (minimum four people, maximum two adults) and Deluxe Bundles (for around $135 for over 13s) are also available, which include priority access, light-up lanyards, and exclusive collectible merchandise.
Tickets are available through the official website and on Fever. Due to high demand, it’s recommended to book in advance for the attraction.
This event takes place outdoors along a forest trail, so sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended for all guests. The walk-through lasts roughly 45–75 minutes, depending on the guest’s speed.
