A number of health and wellness events take place in Metro Vancouver. They are consumer trade shows featuring health and nutrition products and services.

A couple of the top events in the Lower Mainland include The Wellness Show and Vancouver Health Show. The shows feature informative presentations and vendors from dozens of health-related service and product providers. In 2025, a new show, the Vivacity Aesthetics & Healthy Aging Show was launched marking an exciting addition.

Wellness Shows & Health-Related Trade Shows

Health and wellness shows are events where you can learn about nutrition, holistic medicine, personal fitness, sleep remedies and everything related to health and wellbeing. At the events you might find vitamin companies, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and people selling everything from energy crystals to anti-aging creams, nutritional supplements, beauty products and cures for all kinds of ailments.

Depending on the event, you may meet experts in counselling services, skincare, yoga, behavioural issues, care services for seniors, mental health, drug abuse and life coaching. You might also find exercise equipment, massage tools, gym memberships, and a wide range of other products and services.

Vivacity Aesthetics & Healthy Aging Show

The Vivacity Aesthetics & Healthy Aging Show focuses on regenerative aesthetics and healthy aging. It’s a showcase of the latest technologies and treatments that help people look and feel better. There are interactive exhibits, workshops, demonstrations and booths with professionals from the skincare industry.

The Vivacity Show was held September 19th to 21st, 2025, at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Show hours were 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. General admission was $25 (with seniors 60 and older discounted by $5), while children under 16 entered free.

The next edition is scheduled for spring 2026 in Toronto.

The Wellness Show

The Wellness Show is an annual event that has been happening in Vancouver for many years. It’s all about health and living a balanced lifestyle. Guests can expect to see as many as 250 exhibitors at the show. There are also over 100 different talks as well as various fitness and cooking demonstrations. It’s a big event!

The 33rd edition of the Wellness Show takes place on the weekend of January 31st to February 1st, 2026. It happens at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Saturday hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sunday hours are from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

General admission to the 2026 event costs $12 at the door. Kids and teens under the age of 16 enter for free (prices are subject to change).

Women and Wellness Seminars — A Seminar at The Wellness Show

The Vancouver Health Show

The Health Show is another fun and convenient event for health enthusiasts. It’s a nice way to discover new products and services. The show features health experts, educational seminars and food sampling opportunities each year.

The Health Show takes place in Victoria early in the year, and then, usually, again in the fall at the Vancouver Convention Centre. This fall however, the Health Show isn’t happening in Vancouver.

The Victoria Health Show is confirmed for January 24th and 25th, 2026, at Pearkes Recreation Centre. Vancouver’s 2026 dates are yet to be confirmed.

Admission in Victoria costs $8 for adults, $5 for students, seniors and military personnel, and is free for children under 12 (prices are subject to change). We expect admission prices for the next Vancouver show in fall 2026 to be comparable, although probably slightly more.
