Parking and Public Transit at Metrotown
Metropolis at Metrotown features several street-level parking lots, as well as an extensive underground parking network.
TIP #1: There is a lot of free parking underground, but it’s a huge space, so be sure to note which section you leave your car in. People have been known to get lost (or at least not be able to find their vehicle for a considerable amount of time).
TIP #2: Take public transit if you can, unless of course you plan to buy lots of things! The shopping centre is easily accessible by public transit. The Metrotown SkyTrain Station is conveniently located right at the mall, by its southwest corner, not far from Sport Chek.

360-Degree Photo
To get a good idea of what the shopping centre looks like, check out the following 360-degree photo. It’s of the Grand Court area of the mall, so not a typical area. It doesn’t look like this everywhere. The photo, though, gives you an idea of the size of the place. At the bottom, on the ground floor, you’ll see Washed Ashore which was a special exhibit at the mall a few years ago.
If you click the + and – buttons on the photo you can zoom in and out. If you swipe the photo from side to side, or up and down, you can see the view from all around.
