Egg Hunts and Spring Activities at Taves Farms

Located at 333 Gladwin Road in Abbotsford, Taves Family Farms runs a hugely popular Easter-themed event each year. In 2026 Easterfest runs on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of April 3rd to 5th. Then, on the weekends of April 10th to 12th and April 17th to 19th, Taves Family Farms hosts their Magic of Spring event.

Easterfest at Taves Farms in 2026

The family-friendly Easterfest celebrations include plenty of activities. All guests get to enjoy a hayride, as well as access to the farm’s pedal karts and jumping pillows. New for 2026, there’s a Magical Tulip Garden to explore. The petting barn is open throughout Easterfest, so it’s a good opportunity to get close to the farm’s bunnies and goats. Guests can also cuddle with baby animals and meet the Easter Bunny.

For an extra cost, there’s a special Easter egg hunt with treats that participants get to keep. In fact, there’s even special treats for dogs to find and enjoy, plus an egg hunt for adults complete with cider tastings. Additional food and drinks are available too.

Easterfest Admission Details

General admission to Easterfest costs $23.95 for everyone ages 3 and older. Little kids under the age of 3 get in for free. Tickets are available online for set timeslots. Daily hours are from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Easterfest TREATpasses for children cost an additional $14.75. With this, kids get access to six fun stations and an egg hunt. The dog TREATpass costs the same and includes six treats, a special prize, and a dog-only egg hunt.

In previous years, there was a separate Hunt ‘n Sip event for adults at night. However, this doesn’t appear to be the case in 2026. Instead, adult TREATpasses are available for $16.75 this year. They include special access to five stations during Easterfest, one of which is the Taves Estate Cidery. The pass for adults comes with a cider tasting as well as an egg hunt.
