Vancouver All British Field Meet
Thousands of car enthusiasts attend the All British Field Meet (ABFM) when it takes place on the Saturday of the Victoria Day long leekend. The event runs from 10:00 am until about 4:30 pm. The show likely happens again on Saturday, May 18th, 2026. Exact details are to be confirmed.
About the ABFM Car Show
Justifiably dubbed “The Greatest Show on British Wheels,” the Vancouver All British Field Meet has been a regular fixture in Vancouver on the Victoria Day long weekend since 1985. This year marked the event’s 40th anniversary.
The ABFM is put on by Western Driver which is a Vancouver-based online car magazine. The car show is presented by Hagerty which is an insurance company specializing in classic and vintage cars.

Special Marque Vehicles
This past year the All British Field Meet celebrated the 121st anniversary of the Rolls-Royce. You could expect to see plenty of Rolls-Royce vehicles at the event (in addition to the hundreds of other car brands).
A second featured category for the event this year was the Westcoast British Motorcycle Owners Club. The club also celebrated its 40th anniversary this year and works to preserve and showcase classic British two-wheeled designs.

Past Featured Vehicles
Featured automotive anniversaries celebrated at the car show two years ago included the 101st anniversary of the Triumph and the 60th anniversary of the Sunbeam Tiger. A second featured car category for the event was “Modified Classics.” It included vintage vehicles from various car brands that had been modified in some less than traditional way, including electrification.
A couple of years ago were those of the Aston Martin 110, MG Sports Cars 100 and Sunbeam Alpine 60. There was also a special showing of electric converted classics at the event in 2024.
Featured automotive milestone celebrations at the 2022 event, carried forward from the previous couple of years, were Jaguar E-Type’s 60th anniversary, English Ford’s 100th anniversary, and Triumph Stag’s 50th anniversary. At the 2022 show, special featured cars also included a 1938 MG VA, a 1933 Alvis Speed 20, and a couple of fancy pre-WW II Rolls-Royces. Watch the video further down the article for details of the hundreds of cars at the event in 2022.
