Evergreen Exhibitions is a BC-based trade show company that has home shows in Coquitlam, Langley, Vancouver Island and other communities.

Between February and May, the company hosts the Victoria Spring Home Show, Tri-City Spring Home Show and Langley Spring Home Show, plus other similar events in Courtney, Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville, Port Alberni and Campbell River.

In autumn the company hosts a number of trade shows too, including fall home shows in most of the above Vancouver Island communities, except for Port Alberni, and in nearby Qualicum instead of Parksville. In the Comox Valley, the fall home show also takes place in Comox whereas the spring event happens in Courtney.

The main focus of this article is on information about the events in Coquitlam and Langley. There are details, however, about the other events in Evergreen Exhibitions’ series of spring and fall home shows too.

Metro Vancouver and Other Spring and Fall Home Shows

Based in Parksville on Vancouver Island, and hosting over a dozen events each year, Evergreen Exhibitions is arguably the #1 producer of consumer trade shows in British Columbia. It’s a local, BC-based success story.

In 2026, in the Lower Mainland, Evergreen Exhibitions hosts the Tri-City Spring Home Show in Coquitlam on March 27th to 29th. There is also the Langley Spring Home Show on May 29th to 31st.

In addition to the above, Evergreen Exhibitions also produces a couple of Outdoor Adventure Shows in the spring. In 2026 the Vancouver Island Outdoor Show happens on April 10th to 12th. The Victoria Outdoor Adventure Show, meanwhile, is on April 24th to 26th. There also used to be a home show in North Vancouver. Whether that happens again in the future, however, is to be determined.

North Vancouver Home Show

 

Tri-City Spring Home Show

In 2026 the Tri-City Spring Home Show takes place at the Poirier Sports & Leisure Complex at 633 Poirier Street in Coquitlam from March 27th to 29th. The show brings the best in home improvement and building products, services, samples, specials and expert advice all in one location.

Show hours run from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on Saturday, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. Admission and parking are free to the public.

Exhibits cover a wide range of categories including windows and doors, patio covers, heating and cooling, flooring, decking, solar, kitchens and bathrooms, renovators, builders, beds and bedding, decorating supplies, realty, landscaping, painting, countertops, energy savings, grants and rebates, roofing, gutters, electrical, car charging and much more.

The Show Seminar Theatre is hosted by Design Alley Interiors which features award-winning designers Ronnie Hough and Michelle Maggs with inspiring presentations on design, colour and decorating tips throughout the weekend.

Langley Spring Home Show

The Langley Spring Home Show happens at the George Preston Recreation Centre Arena at 20699 42nd Avenue in Langley. In 2026 it takes place on the weekend of May 29th to 31st. This event is expanded and bigger than ever. The show now features more exhibits, greater variety and serves an even wider community than in previous years, making it Langley’s ultimate one-stop destination for home improvements and building products.

The same as the event in Coquitlam in March, hours at the Langley event run from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on Saturday, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. Admission and parking are also free.

Exhibits include windows and doors, patio covers, heating and cooling, flooring, solar, kitchens and bathrooms, renovators, builders, beds and bedding, decorating supplies, realty, landscaping, painting, countertops, energy savings, grants and rebates, roofing and other topics. Visitors can also look forward to exclusive show specials, promotions and exhibitor giveaways.

Visitors to either the Tri-City or Langley Spring Home Show can enter to win a $1,500 gift card to a local building centre of their choice. Additional prize draws and giveaways from exhibitors also happen all weekend long.
