Whistler’s Spring Ski Festival

The Whistler Ski and Snowboard Festival takes places in April each year. In 2020 it was supposed to run from Thursday, April 16th, to Sunday, April 26th (which is about a week longer than last year). A couple of years ago it was a 10-day event and this seems to be the case again in 2020.

In the village there are usually free outdoor concerts, on the mountain there are ski and snowboard demonstrations and competitions during the day, and at night there is live music and parties in the village’s bars and clubs.

Feature events typically include photographer and filmmaker showdowns and multiple music performances.

Concerts during the festival in previous years have includeVirginia to Vegas, Willa, A Tribe Called Red and DJ Jazzy Jeff.
