Food Truck Festival at UBC
The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival is a set of events that take place across the Lower Mainland each year. The 2024 series kicks off with an event at UBC’s Vancouver campus. It takes place in the first week of April and it’s free to attend.
The Food Truck Festival at UBC debuted in 2023. It was a successful event, and it’s back for a second time in 2024. This year’s event includes more than 20 food trucks offering lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. There’s also a market with around 15 vendors selling a variety of artisan products. Browsing the market is a great way to discover and support local businesses. The 2024 event runs for two days and includes live music and covered seating areas.
Free tickets to the Food Truck Festival at UBC are available online. They’re not required, but they help organizers anticipate the number of people planning to visit.
Dates and Location
The second annual Food Truck Festival at UBC takes place on the Thursday and Friday of April 4th and 5th. It runs from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm on both days.
The event is held outside UBC Commons, just in front of the AMS Student Nest Building. The venue is north of the intersection of East Mall and University Boulevard.
