Tips & Advice

Below are tips that will help you make the most of Langley’s Community Day event.

TIP #1: Either on the same day or a different day, sometime when you’re in the Langley region, drop by the Fort Langley National Historic Site for a look around. It’s a very interesting place. Children ages 17 and under have free admission.

TIP #2: Don’t go to Langley Community Day with a full stomach! There are so many food trucks to choose from. Unless you want to save some money by bringing your own snacks, treat yourself to fresh and yummy treats at the event. If you go with friends or family, buy a number of food items to share.

TIP #3: Another terrific event in Langley in the summer is the Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival. In 2026 it takes place from July 23rd to 26th. If you like live music and Jazz, you’ll definitely want to attend this event. You’ll want to take in some of the concerts at the Vancouver International Jazz Festival too!
