The Taste of Cloverdale is a community-focused charity event that brings people together to enjoy great food, drinks and entertainment while raising funds for the Surrey Hospice Society. The evening highlights local vendors from the Cloverdale, Clayton and Campbell Heights neighbourhoods. In 2025 Taste of Cloverdale takes place on Wednesday, August 20th, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Shannon Hall on the Cloverdale Fairgrounds. The venue is located at 6050-176 Street in Surrey. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, bring friends and enjoy an uplifting evening of celebration and community care.
What to Expect
This year’s Taste of Cloverdale brings a dynamic mix of food and beverage tastings from local restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries. Vendors include Vinoscenti Vineyards, STReats Kitchen, Ferda Boys Burgers, Homemade Gourmet, Storehouse and Artisan Pizza. There will also be Mainland Whiskey, Joseph Richard Group, Gate 22 Winery and 1st Row Estate Winer.
In addition to delicious tastings, guests can enjoy live music from the band Lawless, plus dancing, a silent auction, raffles and a 50/50 draw. Door prizes at the event include things from the BC Lions, Vancouver Canadians, Vancouver Whitecaps and Vancouver Canucks. You might also win something from The Old Spaghetti Factory, Vancouver Zoo, PNE Fair, Everything Wine and other places.

Admission Details
General admission tickets are $60 per adult while VIP tickets are $85 per person and include early access and premium perks. Tickets sell quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot early to enjoy the night of community, connection and culinary discovery. Both kinds of admission include tickets for the food and drinks.
If you just want to go for the music, and not the refreshments, you can pay just $30 (and then have the option of buying tasty things when you are there).
Taste of Cloverdale is more than just a tasting event. It is a celebration of local community spirit and generosity. All proceeds support the Surrey Hospice Society, ensuring patients and families receive the care they need. Even if you can’t attend, there are ways to help.
