ELEVATE: Vancouver International Auto Show

In 2026 the VIAS takes place at the Vancouver Convention Centre in the last week of March for five days, from March 25th until the 29th. The show features showings of some of the most coveted modern supercars and hypercars from around the world. The event is also where you find some mint condition classics and custom-built eccentricities.

At the event there are booths showcasing BC and Canadian motorsports history as well as opportunities for enthusiasts to learn about the thrill of speed. One exhibitor is Gavin Mah, founder of Cool Whips Garage which is a major car-culture contributor in Metro Vancouver.

What’s more? There are test-drives available for many EV and Hybrid models. All sorts of brands and companies offer these sampling opportunities. Note though that prospective drivers must have a Class 5 license and be at least 21 years of age.

In short, there are displays with all sorts of intentions. There are showcases with models for your average commuter as well as shiny supercars for the motorsport fanatic. EV luxuries and historical Mini Coopers are at the event too. There are also collector pieces available throughout the show with art, gear and more.
