The Vancouver Vaisakhi Parade takes place each year on a Saturday around the week of April 13th. To see what it’s all about, check it out on video.
In 2020 Vaisakhi Day was on April 13th and the parade in Vancouver was supposed to take place on April 18th. However, the event was cancelled due to COVID-19. The 2021 and 2022 festivals were cancelled as well. Hopefully the parade returns in 2023. It’s usually an amazing event, attracting up to 300,000 people in good years with sunny weather.
