2026 marks the 33rd edition of The Wellness Show. It features more than 250 exhibitors showing off their latest products and services. In addition, there are over 50 guest speakers holding seminars about different aspects of health. The show includes cooking and fitness demonstrations as well. For example, 2025’s show featured a Pickleball court. Guests could watch demonstrations, ask questions and even try playing the sport.

Hours and Location
The Wellness Show happens on the weekend of January 31st to February 1st in 2026. It runs from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the Saturday and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the Sunday.
The event is in the West Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre. Located at 1055 Canada Place, the venue is huge and situated in a beautiful area. It’s right along the waterfront, just steps away from the Coal Harbour Seawall.
Wellness Show Admission Details
Tickets for The Wellness Show are available both online and at the door of the event. Only people ages 16 and above need to buy tickets. Kids ages 15 and under enter for free.
Tickets at the door cost $12 and are cash only. Online prices for the show are likely $2 less, but detail about that for 2026 are to be confirmed. If it is the case, however, the tickets likely have to be purchased prior to the weekend of the event.
