
The West Coast Women’s Show is a large multi-day lifestyle and retail trade show in Abbotsford. The show features hundreds of vendors, stage presentations, and live entertainment focused on women’s interests, wellness and empowerment.
The event takes place at Tradex on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday in late November. The West Coast Women’s Show in Abbotsford
The West Coast Women’s Show spans three days and features multiple sections of vendors with hundreds of booths to explore. It’s a great place to browse a wide range of products and services. Over 25,000 people typically attend this women-focused event each year.
The event was called the West Coast Women’s Show until 2023. It rebranded to Canada Women’s Expo in 2024. However, in 2025, the event switched back to its original name. Last year’s West Coast Women’s Show ran from Friday, November 21st, until Sunday, November 23rd.
Hours of operation are typically from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday.
Location and Admission
The West Coast Women’s Show takes place at the Tradex Centre in Abbotsford, located at 1190 Cornell Street. The venue is a very large one with well over 100,000 square feet of interior space and lots of parking.
Admission Details
Admission to the event typically includes live entertainment, presentations and access to all areas of the show. Tickets are available online or at the gate.
The official online ticket prices last year were as follows with in-person ticketing costing a couple of dollars more. Expect comparable prices this year.

- Senior Admission (65+): about $11 ($9 on Friday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm)

What to Expect
The West Coast Women’s Show is known for its vibrant mix of shopping, entertainment and inspiration. There are usually over 400 exhibitors, including fashion, beauty, home décor, wellness, and food vendors. More than 90% are women-owned businesses.
Visitors can look forward to celebrity guests, fashion shows, chef demos, and an artisans’ marketplace filled with handmade Canadian goods — perfect for early holiday shopping.
One of the weekend’s highlights is the Girls’ Night Out Martini Nights, featuring Hall of Flame Calendar Firefighters. All calendar proceeds benefit the Vancouver Firefighter Charities.
Fall Entertainment
The event typically features three stages. One is the Main Stage, the other is the Midland Appliance Culinary Stage and the third is the Women’s Health Stage.

- Ashley Callingbull – The 2025 Headline Speaker. Known as the first Indigenous woman to win Miss Universe Canada.
- Jason Thompson – Award-winning actor Jason Thompson appeared for a live audience conversation.
- BC Women’s Health Foundation – Returned as the 2025 Charity of Choice. The foundation supports women’s health across British Columbia.
- Midland Appliance Culinary Stage – Visitors could watch chefs and food creators in action as they prepared delicious dishes and offered samples throughout the weekend.
- Artisans Christmas Marketplace – More than 100 Canadian makers offered handcrafted décor, gifts and treats for purchase.
- Main Stage Fashion Shows – Daily runway showcased local designers and trends that celebrated confidence and individuality.
- Wine, Beer and Spirits Zone – Drinks from BC wineries, craft breweries and distilleries were on sale.
