White Rock Night Market

A new Metro Vancouver night market, White Rock Night Markets happens once a month from late spring to early fall. It includes food, live music and more.

The market is hosted by the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival which runs a number of great events throughout the year.

White Rock Night Markets

The Lower Mainland is home to multiple Night Markets that happen during the warmer months. One of the newer additions to that list is in White Rock. The White Rock Night Market celebrated its second year in 2025 with five markets.

The market is co-hosted by the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival which organizes events all over Metro Vancouver. Other Food Truck Festival events in the summer include Langley Community Day in June and Chilliwack Ribfest in July.

The White Rock Night Markets usually take place on one Friday each month from May to September. The markets in 2025 happened from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm on May 2nd, June 6th, July 18th and August 8th. The season closed out with a final market from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on September 5th.

Night Market Location

The main hub of the market is at Memorial Plaza near the pier and along the White Rock Promenade.

The market is not far from the White Rock Museum and Archives building, located at 14970 Marine Drive. Visitors can go for a nice stroll over the water while enjoying the market.

What to Expect

At the market you can find around 10 food trucks and around 12+ artisan vendors. Products you can buy usually include artwork, candles, pottery, clothing and fresh fruit. Some of the trucks and vendors are repeats, and some come in for just one day.

Food trucks at the event on September 5th, 2025, included Mahshiko, Chi�s Chilly Treats, Garys Kettle Corn, Boteco Brasil, Hurricane Potato, Egg Blanket, and Authentic Vietnamese Spring Rolls.

Around 21 artisan vendors were expected at the event in September this past year. They included Bar Down Cookies, CSC Jewelry, Beloved By Emily, Diablo Sunrise, Farming Karma, Wick Off Candles, and Edna SMaK Apparel. There was also Lilac Rain Crafts, PenguinPurl Handmade, Rae of Snshn Nails, and other creators of unique and wonderful things.

Music plays at the market each month. Sometimes it’s a live band and sometimes it’s a DJ playing tunes. The September, 2025, event featured acoustic music by Patrick Gavigan.
