Brewhalla North Vancouver Beer Festival

The Brewhalla Beer & Music Series of Festivals

Brewhalla is a craft beverage and music festival series in the Lower Mainland. In 2026 there are two festivals. The first happens in North Vancouver and the second is in Fort Langley.

The events are for people ages 19+. This is because they are liquor tasting events. Guests can sample craft beer, cider, wine, spirits, mead and zero-proof drinks.

At each event, there are craft beverage vendors, food trucks, live music and games. Brewhalla events usually also include contests, giveaways, and lawn games like cornhole or beanbag throwing.

General admission usually includes entry to the festival, a 4 oz commemorative festival glass, three drink tokens, live entertainment and access to the food trucks. Extra drink tokens cost about $2.50 each.

Note: In past years there have been Brewhalla events in a number of other cities, including in New Westminster, Chilliwack and Cloverdale. As of April 2026, however, only the North Vancouver and Fort Langley festivals are taking place this year.

Brewhalla Craft Beer Festivals

In 2026 there are events in North Vancouver and Fort Langley. See below for details about this year’s events.

Brewhalla North Vancouver

The first Brewhalla event of 2026 happens in North Vancouver on Friday, May 1st. It runs from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm.

The festival takes place at The Shipyards at 125 Victory Ship Way in North Vancouver. The venue is close to the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus terminal and has great views of downtown Vancouver.

This year, Brewhalla North Vancouver is back for its fifth annual event. General admission includes entry to the festival, a commemorative 4-oz tasting glass, three drink tokens, live entertainment, lawn games, and more than 20 craft beverages to sample.

Tickets cost about $49 to $242, including online fees. A limited number of on-site tickets may also be available if the event does not sell out.

Vendors & Entertainment

This year’s beverage vendors include La Cerveceria, Strathcona, Woods Spirits, Steel & Oak, Trading Post, Changing Colours, Strange Fellows, Cinco Drink Co., Fraser Valley Cidery and Say It Ain’t Soda, with more to come.

Brewhalla Fort Langley

The second Brewhalla event in 2026 happens on Saturday, June 13th. It runs from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Brewhalla Fort Langley takes place at Fort Langley Park at 9089 Nash Street in Langley Township. The event is back for its ninth year!

The festival in Fort Langley is the only Brewhalla event that happened before 2022. In the past, it was known as the Fort Langley Beer Festival. It used to happen outside the Fort Langley National Historic Site. The festival later changed its name to Brewhalla Fort Langley and moved location.

General admission to this year’s festival includes entry, a festival glass, three drink tokens, live entertainment, access to the food trucks and more than 25 breweries, cideries, wineries, distilleries and non-alcoholic options.

As of April, tickets cost about $49 to $242, including online fees. There is a six-pack-of-tickets deal. Buy five, get one ticket free, which is a good option for groups. Additional drink tokens cost $2.50 each, or 11 for $25.

At the time of writing, the food truck and music lineups are still being finalized. The music lineup so far includes Drew Storey and DJ Flipout.

Brewhalla New Westminster

A new event in 2024, Brewhalla New Westminster took place at Queen’s Park. It happened on August 10th from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm. As of April, it doesn’t seem to be happening in 2026. Hopefully it returns next year.

As of mid-July of that year, tickets were available online for about $45 each (plus taxes and fees). VIP admission cost about $75 per person and included express entry, four extra drink tokens and early access.

Similar the other Brewhalla events, the New Westminster stop featured around two dozen breweries and around half a dozen food trucks. There were also games like cornhole, giant Connect 4 and giant Jenga, as well as a “best dressed contest”.

Brewhalla Chilliwack last took place in October 2024, at Watson Glen Park. The venue is located at 5727 Tyson Road. Festivities ran from noon until 6:00 pm.

Similar to other events in the series, Brewhalla Chilliwack featured various breweries and food vendors.

Tickets cost around $45 for general admission and around $75 for VIP admission. Entrance to the festival included a commemorative glass and three drink tokens. VIP tickets came with additional perks as well. It does not seem to be running in 2026, hopefully it returns in the future.

Brewhalla Cloverdale

Brewhalla Cloverdale happened (or at least it was scheduled to happen) in Surrey on November 2nd, 2024. This event was set for 6:00 pm to 12:00 am at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds at 17798 62nd Avenue. It’s unclear, however, whether or not it actually happened or if it was cancelled.

The Cloverdale event (in years when it did happen) featured breweries, a number of food options and live music. There were also fun games to enjoy.

In the past admission cost $30 each before taxes and online fees. Packs of multiple tickets were also available. Agaain the festival does not seem to be running in 2026.

Brewhalla Port Moody

Note: This event hasn’t happened since 2022

In 2022 the Port Moody Brewhalla event was the only one of the four festivals that took place over two days. It happened on the Friday and Saturday of August 5th and 6th, 2022. The event took place at Inlet Field Park at 3024 Murray Street which is just a few blocks from Rocky Point Park.

Before it got postponed, the 2023 Port Moody event was going to happen on just one day, Saturday, August 12th. Over 20 breweries took part in the event in 2022 with more than six food options as well. Tickets started at a little under $50.

Inlet Field Park is just down the street from what’s known as “Brewer’s Row” near Port Moody’s Rocky Point Park. This means that if this event isn’t enough for you, there are plenty more breweries not too far away!

To learn more about this event, see our article about Brewhalla Port Moody.

Brewhalla Video

To give you an idea of what to expect at a Brewhalla event, check out the videos below. The first one shows scenes of the festival in Port Moody in 2022. The second one is of the event in North Vancouver later in the same year.

Brewhalla North Port Moody Video

As you’ll see in the following video, there were lots of beer vendors at the Port Moody event, and the number of attendees was very reasonable. When we went you didn’t have to line up for a long time to get your samples. There was also live music to enjoy and food trucks to buy all kinds of tasty treats from. The weather on the day was also perfect for beer drinking!

Brewhalla North Vancouver Video

The same as the event in Port Moody, Brewhalla North Vancouver was also awesome. It took place at the Shipyards in October. Over half the event was outside, but in a large, covered area. Not shown in the video were vendors which were also set up indoors in the Pipe Shop.

The band featured in this video is Trilojay.
