Planted Expo Vancouver

Planted Expo Vancouver is Canada’s largest plant-based event. It features presentations and over 200 vegan edible and lifestyle exhibitors.

The exhibition took place at the Vancouver Convention Centre on June 1st and 2nd in 2024. Admission cost about $23. The event is not happening in 2025.

Other events that happen around this time of year are the West Van Community Cultural Fest, Pitt Meadows Day, and the Shipyards Night Market in North Vancouver (all of which are free to attend). Playland is also open at this time, and there are baseball games at Nat Bailey Stadium with the Vancouver Canadians Baseball. Another awesome event, if you have young children, is Kids Up Front More than a Movie which is a fundraising event with the BC Lions, Vancouver Whitecaps, a movie and more at BC Place Stadium!

TIP: If you want to buy fresh organic produce and support local businesses, visit one of the Lower Mainland’s Farmers Markets. There are great ones in West Vancouver, Burnaby and all over the place. There is a new one at the Amazing Brentwood Mall this year too.
