In 2024, The Wellness Show took place on February 3rd and 4th. The event returns next year on February 1st and 2nd.

The Wellness Show is a long-running event for everything related to living a healthy lifestyle. It claims to be the largest showcase about wellness on the West Coast. The two-day event is where guests learn about nutrition, emotional well-being and fitness. It’s an informative and educational show for all ages. The Wellness Show is attended by nearly 20,000 people each year. It’s a big event!

2024 marked the 31st edition of The Wellness Show. It featured more than 250 exhibitors showing off their latest products and services. In addition, there were over 100 guest speakers holding seminars about different aspects of health. The show included cooking and fitness demonstrations as well. For example, next year’s show will feature a Pickleball court. Guests can watch demonstrations, ask questions and even try playing the sport.

Hours and Location

The Wellness Show happened on the weekend of February 3rd and 4th in 2024. The event returns on February 1st and 2nd in 2025. It runs from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the Saturday and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the Sunday.

The event is in the West Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre. Located at 1055 Canada Place, the venue is huge and situated in a beautiful area. It’s right along the waterfront, just steps away from the Coal Harbour Seawall.

Wellness Show Admission Details

Tickets for The Wellness Show are available both online and at the door of the event. Only people ages 16 and above need to buy tickets. Kids ages 15 and under enter for free.

In 2024, tickets purchased at the door cost $12 and were cash only. Online prices for the show were $2 less, but had to be purchased prior to the weekend of the event.
