Chilliwack Party in the Park

The Chilliwack Party in the Park is a Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival event with live music, a market and food trucks. Admission is free.

The event takes place at Central Community Park in Chilliwack in spring. In addition to food, entertainment and artisan vendors, there is a beer garden.

In 2026 Party in the Park takes place on the weekend of April 25th and 26th.

Chilliwack Party in the Park in 2026

The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival hosts events at a number of different locations during the spring and summer including in Chilliwack.

Chilliwack Party in the Park happens on April 25th and 26th this year. It’s held at Central Community Park located at 45951 Victoria Avenue. On the Saturday the event runs from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm. On the Sunday, it runs from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm.

The event is free to attend and features food trucks and an artisan market with local vendors. There’s also a beer garden, plus activities for families in the Kids’ Zone. As with all events hosted by the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival, live entertainment runs for most of the day as well.

Food Trucks and Vendors

The Chilliwack event usually features about 20 food vendors. On both the Saturday and Sunday, the market also features around 12 vendors selling a variety of artisan products.

Food trucks at the event in 2026 include Betty’s Greek Honey Ballz, Big Red’s Poutine, Bomb Nachos, Dos Amigos, Chappy’s Lemonade, Corndog King, Cuba Street Food, G’s Donairs, Groovin Grill, GuerillaQ, Just Jerkin Around, and Tin Lizzy Donuts. Also at the event are Rotato Potato Truck, Stormy’s, Rolled West Coast, Slavic Rolls, Soda Rebel, Street Dogs, Taco Nori, and Truckin’ BBQ.

Local Market Vendors

There are normally around 12 market vendors on-site at the event. The vendors are local businesses that offer high quality products ranging from soaps and candles to baked goods and jewelry.

Live Entertainment

At the event a variety of musicians and DJs provide the entertainment each year. The entertainment schedule for 2026 is below.

 

Saturday, April 25th, 2026

  • 12:00 to 2:00 pm – Cold Chain
  • 2:30 to 4:30 pm – Claim Jumpers
  • 5:00 to 7:00 pm – Stiletto
  • 7:00 to 8:00 pm – DJ Set

 

Sunday, April 26th, 2026

  • 12:00 to 2:00 pm – Wes Anderson Trio
  • 2:30 to 4:30 pm – MayBelles
  • 5:00 to 7:00 pm – Thorne

As you’ll see in the video, there are lots of food trucks in the street. On a side street there is an artisan market. In the park there is the beer garden and live entertainment stage. It’s a fun event! Don’t forget to take an appetite!
