Dished Food Truck Festival in Vancouver
Dished Food Truck Fest is the newest event in the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival series. The one-day event takes place in downtown Vancouver during the summer. It’s a family-friendly affair featuring nearly 20 different food trucks offering everything from baked goods and tasty desserts, to tacos, mac and cheese, and hot dogs. There are also local vendors on-site selling artisan crafts and other products. Live entertainment takes place throughout the day as well.
The festival is free to attend and open to the public. The event is a great place to have snacks, lunch or dinner. There are tables and chairs to accommodate everyone.
When and Where
The first (potentially annual) Dished Food Truck Fest took place on Sunday, August 11th, 2024. It started at 11:00 am and ran until 7:00 pm.
The event is held at šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square which is the plaza outside the Vancouver Art Gallery. It happens on the north side of the building at 750 Hornby Street which is the same location where Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s Street Food City event takes place in January most years.
