Vancouver's Got Craft at the PNE Forum

Make It Vancouver is an annual Christmas Craft Fair where you can go shopping for great, handmade items from hundreds of local artists at the PNE Forum.

In 2026 the event is on the Thursday to Sunday of December 10th to 13th.

Other similar events that will likely all be happening that same weekend include the Coquitlam Christmas Night Market, New West Holiday Market, and Shipyards Christmas Artisan Market (all of which have admission that’s either free, $2 or by donation). There are also the Vancouver Christmas Market at Jack Poole Plaza and the Noel Holiday Light Festival & Market in Surrey.

Vancouver’s Make It Craft Fair

Make It Vancouver is a big Christmas craft fair that happens in December each year. The event began in 2009 with around 60 or so vendors. Now there are more than 250 vendors annually, selling handmade items of all kinds.

If you’re looking for nice, locally-made gifts to give to your family and friends for the holidays, this is a great place to go! Or if you want to treat yourself to something nice, then it’s a good spot for that too!

The 2026 edition of the event runs from December 10th to 13th. It’s happening over just one weekend this time as opposed to two like last year.

Location and Admission

Make It Vancouver is held at the PNE Forum. The venue’s address is 2901 East Hastings Street in Vancouver.

The event runs from Thursday to Sunday. While the exact times for the 2026 event are to be confirmed as of early September, they should be pretty similar if not the same as last year. Then, the venue was open from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on the Thursday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on the Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the Saturday, and 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on the Sunday.

Last year tickets cost $12 when purchased at the door and $10.50 when bought in advance online. If you got your tickets before November 8th, then they were 50% off. Kids under the age of 13 are free.

Admission is usually valid for the entire event. As long as you have your ticket on you, then you can go as many times as you want over the four days.

What to Expect at Make It Vancouver

Make It Vancouver is a popular event. Over 10,000 people typically attend over the course of the fair each year, with 250 or more vendors selling their wares.

Visitors to the event have a wide variety of products to peruse. The vendors at Make It Vancouver include those selling skincare products, jewellery, food and desserts, alcoholic beverages, pottery, footwear, pet accessories, and much more.

The best part is that all of what’s on offer is made by the vendors themselves! Going to an event like this is a great way to support small businesses and creators of all kinds in Metro Vancouver.

Make It Vancouver is a licensed event, which means that there are adult beverages available for those who are ages 19+. There are also food trucks on-site providing more food options, in addition to what’s on offer at the vendor tables.
