Pitt Meadows Day Event
Pitt Meadows Day is a long-running tradition that has been taking place since 1938. Over the last few decades it has grown into the community’s largest event.
The celebration of the city brings folks from Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge and other parts of the Lower Mainland together for a fun day of festivities. It’s an event that Pitt Meadows residents look forward to each year.
2024 marked the 83rd annual Pitt Meadows Day event. In previous years the event was organized by the Pitt Meadows Day Society. However, since 2022 the celebrations have been planned by the City of Pitt Meadows instead.

Adults entering the beverage garden receive wristbands and can usually purchase alcohol in the evening. Kids and teens can buy a variety of other drinks in the same section of the event too, or at least that was the case in previous years.
In addition to the pancake breakfast, the event also includes a BBQ dinner between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The food costs around $15 per person regardless of age.
