Harvest Days at VanDusen Garden in 2025

Harvest Days is a seasonal event at VanDusen Botanical Garden. Located at 5251 Oak Street in Vancouver, the famous garden has special autumnal and harvest-themed decorations and family-friendly activities in the fall.

At the event there are fun arts and crafts activities for kids to enjoy. The attraction’s maze and veggie garden are also decorated, making for wonderful photo opportunities.

Although not specifically a “Halloween” event, you can expect to see lots of pumpkins around the attraction. Harvest Days also offers a variety of food vendors on-site selling things like grilled cheese sandwiches, coffee, popcorn and more.

Another big component of Harvest Days is the live music. This year, guests are treated to Bluegrass and Folk songs. Performers include Oh Clementine, The Hartman Brother and The Soda Crackers.

VanDusen Garden used to host a Glow in the Garden Halloween event. However, it hasn’t happened since before the pandemic. Today, Harvest Days is sort of a successor to that event. Instead of a very overt Halloween theme, Harvest Days is all about autumn and the harvest season.

Plus, on the opening weekend of Harvest Days in 2025, the Artists for Conservation Festival takes place at the same location and is included with admission. The exhibit features art demonstrations, wildlife shows, cultural performances and more.
