An interesting Metro Vancouver night market, White Rock Night Markets happens once a month from late spring to early fall. It includes food, live music and more.

The market is hosted by the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival which runs a number of fun events throughout the year.

White Rock Night Markets

The Lower Mainland is home to multiple Night Markets that happen during the warmer months. One of the newer additions to that list is in White Rock. The White Rock Night Market celebrates its third year in 2026.

The market is co-hosted by the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival which organizes events all over Metro Vancouver. Other Food Truck Festival events in the summer include Langley Community Day in June and Chilliwack Ribfest in July.

The White Rock Night Market usually takes place on one Friday each month from May to September. The markets in 2026 happen from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm on May 1st, June 5th, July 17th and August 7th. The season closes out with a final market from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on September 4th.

Night Market Location

The main hub of the market is at Memorial Plaza near the pier and along the White Rock Promenade.

The market is not far from the White Rock Museum and Archives building, located at 14970 Marine Drive. Visitors can go for a nice stroll over the water while enjoying the market.

What to Expect

At the market you can find around 10 food trucks and around 12+ artisan vendors. Products you can buy usually include artwork, candles, pottery, clothing and fresh fruit. Some of the trucks and vendors are repeats, and some come in for just one day.

For an idea of what to expect, food trucks at the event on May 1st, 2026, include REEL Mac and Cheese, The Taco Tigre, It’s All About Grill, Es Pizza Co and Gary’s Kettle Corn. There will probably be others as well.

The opening night vendors list includes around three dozen different vendors. Participating artisans returning this year include Bar Down Bakery, CSC Jewelry, Beloved By Emily, Wick Off Candles, and Lilac Rain Crafts. On May 1st in 2026 there is also Aloha Fresh, Creme Brulee To Go, Elmwood Candles, Little Magnet Lane, Messy Meerkat, Sons McArthur, Udderly Clean Soap Company, Wild 3D Art, Woodland Knots Crochet and many others.

Music plays at the market each month. Sometimes it’s a live band and sometimes it’s a DJ playing tunes.
