Vegetarian and Vegan Restaurants in Vancouver
- Acorn – uses locally sourced ingredients to create primarily vegetarian food that has vegan and gluten-free options at 3995 Main Street.
- The Burrow – located at 2781 Commercial Drive, this taco restaurant is famous for its completely vegetarian tacos and also caters to vegan diets if necessary.
- MeeT – uses meat substitutes to appeal to both meat-eaters and non-meat-eaters. Their three Vancouver locations are at 12 Water Street, 1165 Mainland Street and 4288 Main Street.
- MILA – located at 185 Keefer Street, this restaurant serves elevated plant-based dishes without any animal products.
- The Naam – claiming to be Vancouver’s oldest vegetarian restaurant, this place is located at 2724 West 4th Avenue in Vancouver.
- Vegan Pizza House – located at 2119 Kingsway in Vancouver, everything on their menu is vegan and they have a lot of gluten-free options as well. They use vegan substitutes for their meat to appeal to both vegans and meat-eaters.
- Virtuous Pie – this pizza restaurant at 583 Main Street has an entirely vegan menu with many gluten-free options.
Vegetarian and Vegan Restaurants Outside of Vancouver
- Grounds & Greens Café – a plant-based café with vegan menus at both 1369 Johnston Road in White Rock and 9124 Glover Road Unit 3A in Fort Langley.
- Nam Vegan Express – located at 8681 10th Avenue in Burnaby, this restaurant serves exclusively vegan Vietnamese food.
- The Workshop Vegetarian Cafe – vegetarian Japanese-style food with many vegan and gluten-free options at 296 Pemberton Avenue in North Vancouver.
