The False Creek Farmers Market is a new market at Creekside Park in False Creek. It’s open on Thursdays in the summer between June and October.
False Creek Farmers Market at Concord Community Park
Operating since 2021, the False Creek Farmers Market runs weekly in the summer to help support local farmers.
The False Creek Farmers Market is a smaller market. It hosts 25 or more vendors each week. Shoppers can expect to find a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, prepared foods and other vendors on-site.
When and Where
The False Creek Farmers Market used to took place at Concord Community Park. Last year, however, the market moved to its new location at Creekside Park. The address is 1455 Quebec Street in the City of Vancouver. This location is just a few blocks from where the Main Street Farmers Market used to take place.
In 2024, the market runs every Thursday between June 6th and October 3rd. Hours of operation are from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
During the winter season, the Vancouver Farmers Market sets up at the PNE Fairgrounds and at Riley Park, the latter located at 50 East 30th Avenue and Ontario Street. The winter market at the PNE runs on Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm between November and April. The market at Riley Park also runs on Sundays between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and is on from November to March.
While in the area, we recommend taking a leisurely walk or cycle along the False Creek Seawall. It’s one of the best places to explore in Metro Vancouver. Science World is a short walk away from the market too and always makes for a fun visit. Right in Concord Community Park itself, there is a beach volleyball court and ping pong tables for people to use.
