All Dressed in White Bridal Show

All Dressed In White Bridal Shows are events where couples can meet Metro Vancouver-based products and service providers who can help with their wedding plans.

The wedding shows typically take place three or four times each year. In 2025 there is one at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel in Surrey on February 2nd, and another at Coquitlam’s Executive Plaza Hotel on March 30th.

All Dressed in White Bridal Shows in 2025

Are you a recently engaged couple? Do you need help planning your wedding? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then All Dressed In White (ADIW) Bridal Shows are perfect events for you.

Instead of travelling to different stores all over the Lower Mainland, the bridal shows allow you to explore tons of options under one roof. There are all kinds of vendors showing off their products and services, including everything from decorations and dresses to photographers and bakers. The events provide great opportunities to connect with local businesses.

The bridal shows are convenient ways to get a head start on planning your dream wedding. Not only that, but there are also various contests at each event with prizes up for grabs. A limited number of tickets come with valuable swag bags as well!

2025 Show Dates and Locations

As of the beginning of January, there are two ADIW shows currently announced for 2025. The event dates and locations are listed below.

February 2nd, 2025 – Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel at 15269 104 Avenue in Surrey (11:00 am to 4:00 pm).
March 30th, 2025 – Executive Plaza Hotel at 405 North Road in Coquitlam (11:00 am to 3:30 pm).

Last year, there was a second Coquitlam event on November 3rd at the Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club. Whether or not that event will return in 2025 is TBD as of early January.

Another great bridal show event is the West Coast Wedding Show. It takes place at the Hilton Hotel at Metrotown in Burnaby on February 23rd, 2025.

List of Exhibitors

The ADIW Bridal Show in Surrey features around 90 vendors and exhibitors. There are usually representatives from popular wedding venues, limo companies, photographers, makeup + hair salons, wedding apparel shops, decor rentals, catering services and more.

ADIW Bridal Show Ticket Prices

Admission prices to each show vary depending on your age. Individual tickets and tickets for couples are both available online. Prices to attend the show on February 2nd, 2025, are listed below (excluding taxes and online fees).

VIP Engaged Couple (ages 18+) – $40
Engaged Couple (ages 18+) – $25
Bride or Groom (with swap bag gift) – $30
Bride or Groom – $20
General Admission – $15
Children (ages 12 and under) – Free

Tickets for couples include admission for two people. The general admission ticket is for anyone who isn’t part of a wedding pair. VIP tickets come with swag bags valued at over $200! (Note: There are usually only 100 or so swag bags available at each event, so be sure to book your tickets sooner rather than later.)
