Vancouver Wedding Shows and Bridal Fairs

A number of bridal fairs and wedding shows take place in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. They are great for people planning to get married.

There is the Fraser Valley Wedding Festival, All Dressed in White Bridal Show, Crème de la Crème, West Coast Wedding Show, and the Engaged Wedding Show. There is also the Vancouver Wedding & Honeymoon Expo and Bridal Fashion Week Vancouver.

Vancouver Wedding Expos and Bridal Shows

Planning a wedding can be difficult, but there are many special shows and events in the Vancouver region that can make things a little easier for couples. Events range from bridal fashion shows to huge fairs with vendors for any and all wedding needs. In addition to being one-stop events for wedding planners, most of the shows also feature valuable giveaways ranging from bridal gift bags to expensive honeymoon trips.

In this article we share details about some of the best wedding-related expos and shows to check out throughout the year. If you or someone you know is looking for the perfect gown, photographer, cake, decorations, or anything else needed for a wedding, we recommend attending one or more of the events listed below.

Fraser Valley Wedding Show — Fraser Valley Wedding Festival

West Coast Wedding Show

The West Coast Wedding Show is a fancy bridal exhibition full of the region’s top vendors. There are dozens of wedding professionals offering advice, products and services. It’s a one-day affair that also includes fashion shows and other forms of entertainment. Admission includes a chance to win one of several prizes.

The spring 2026 show took place on Sunday, March 29th, at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown. The hotel is located at 6083 McKay Avenue in Burnaby. The event ran from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Tickets started at $16 and rose to $20 as the event approached.

The next West Coast Wedding Show in 2026 is called Love Without Borders. It takes place on Sunday, November 1st, at the Paradox Hotel Vancouver. The hotel is located at 1161 West Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver. The event runs from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Another West Coast Wedding Show is scheduled for Sunday, January 24th, 2027, back at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown in Burnaby. It runs from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

All Dressed in White Bridal Show (ADIW)

The All Dressed in White Bridal Show is a fun event for engaged couples and friends looking to plan their dream wedding. There are many great local vendors on-site, including, but not limited to, photography teams, venue representatives, hair stylists, and caterers. Engaged couples in attendance can also win valuable prizes.

The next Lower Mainland show in 2026 is on Sunday, October 4th. It takes place at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel in Surrey. The event runs from 12:00 pm until 4:30 pm.

Two ADIW Lower Mainland shows are already scheduled for 2027. The first is on Sunday, January 17th, at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre at 4331 Dominion Street in Burnaby. It runs from 12:00 pm until 4:30 pm.

The second 2027 Lower Mainland show is on Sunday, March 21st. It takes place at GreenTee Country Club Westwood Plateau at 3251 Plateau Boulevard in Coquitlam. It also runs from 12:00 pm until 4:30 pm.

Crème de la Crème

The Crème de la Crème event describes itself as “the most opulent event of the year.” In past years, exhibitors have included photographers, videographers, entertainers, jewellers, décor companies, caterers, beauty services and wedding planners.

The most recent event took place on Sunday, February 16th, 2025. It was at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver at 39 Smithe Street. The showcase ran from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm. There was also a fashion show at 1:00 pm and an encore presentation at 3:30 pm. Tickets cost around $60.

At the time of writing, there does not appear to be a confirmed date for Crème de la Crème in 2026. Hopefully it will return in 2027.

WESTIN BAYSHORE HOTEL, VANCOUVER

We’ve never had a wedding there, but we have stayed at the hotel a few times and loved the place. Fraser Valley Wedding Festival

The Fraser Valley Wedding Festival is “the longest-running wedding show in the Fraser Valley.” There are usually three events each year in either Abbotsford or Langley. The first event usually runs in late March followed by another in late September and the final one running in early November. These dates were from a few years ago. In 2024 there was an event in late October. It didn’t appear as if the event happened in 2025 and it’s to be determined if it returns in 2026.

When it does take place, you can expect to see a large marketplace, fashion shows featuring styles from multiple stores, and gift bags valued at over $1,000 for early guests. The events also feature DJ music and a bar for adults.

Engaged Wedding Show

Previously known as the Original Bridal Swap, the Engaged Wedding Show offers both new and used items available for purchase. There are used decorations along with new products and treasures to browse.

In 2026 the event happened on January 25th from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. The event took place at the Pipe Shop, located at 115 Victory Ship Way in North Vancouver.

The Bride Getting Ready

Vancouver Wedding Expo

The Vancouver Wedding Expo is a one-stop event for wedding planning. It happens at the same time and place as the Vancouver International Travel Expo, which also makes it a great event for honeymoon planning. There are over 200 exhibitors to check out, including travel experts, venue representatives, hair and makeup artists, caterers and other wedding professionals. Attendees are automatically entered into draws to win valuable prizes.

In 2026 the Vancouver Wedding Expo is in Halls A and B at the Vancouver Convention Centre on October 10th. Doors open at 11:00 am and close at 4:30 pm. General admission costs about $15 per person.

Bridal Fashion Week Vancouver

Bridal Fashion Week is a large wedding expo that features dozens of vendors from the wedding industry. There are also fashion presentations that showcase bridal gowns, lingerie, suits for grooms and more. At the event guests can enter various giveaways and contests, and food and drinks are available as well.

In 2026 Bridal Fashion Week Vancouver takes place on April 4th. It’s held at the Westin Bayshore Hotel from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm. General admission costs about $15. There are other types of tickets that come with special perks too.
