Bridal Fashion Week Vancouver

Bridal Fashion Week is a large wedding expo that takes place in cities across North America. At least one event happens in Vancouver most years, and 2026 is no exception. This year marks the 11th anniversary of Bridal Fashion Week.

Despite its name, Bridal Fashion Week is held on a single day in the city. The annual event is ideal for anyone planning a wedding. There are over 70 vendors from different industries, including caterers, decorators, wedding planners, and more. One of the event’s biggest draws, however, is the fashion showcase.

At the event, there are inspiring runway shows featuring bridal gowns, lingerie, resortwear, and even wedding suits for grooms. Designers sell their clothes on-site, and there are good networking opportunities as well. Attendees can enter various contests, raffles, and giveaways. Food and drinks are available throughout the event, too.

When and Where in 2026

The 2026 edition of Bridal Fashion Week Vancouver takes place on Saturday, April 4th. The event begins at 11:00 am and finishes at 5:00 pm.

Similar to previous years the event is happening at the Westin Bayshore Hotel. It’s a luxurious building located at 1601 Bayshore Drive in Vancouver. The hotel is right along the Coal Harbour waterfront, making it close to both downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park. While in the area, be sure to walk or cycle along the beautiful Seawall. The hotel also features the H2 Kitchen + Bar and H Tasting Lounge restaurants. Both are excellent places to eat.

Admission Details

Tickets for Bridal Fashion Week Vancouver are typically available online via Eventbrite. There are multiple options to choose from.

General admission costs approximately $15 per person. If you’re a bride or groom, you can also buy a special ticket that includes a Bridal Swag Bag, entry into all of the contests and giveaways, plus finger food, one drink of champagne and a glass of wine. These tickets cost about $45 per person or $70 per couple.

VIP tickets are also available for $100 each. They include reserved front-row seats for the fashion shows, meet-and-greets, one drink ticket, snacks, and the opportunity to participate in the best-dressed contest on the runway.
