Vancouver’s West Coast Wedding Show

West Coast Wedding Show

The West Coast Wedding Show is a bridal exhibition featuring a wide range of wedding products and services in Vancouver or Burnaby.

Sometimes the event happens at the Paradox Hotel in downtown Vancouver. At other times it’s at the Hilton in Burnaby.

If you, a close friend or a family member is planning to get married, this was an event you wanted to attend.

See the West Coast Wedding Show website or continue reading below for full details about the event.

The West Coast Wedding Show

West Coast Weddings has hosted a couple of events in the Lower Mainland and they’ve been a tremendous success. It was back again on November 2nd last year at a new venue. It was the largest edition of the show to date. The organizers run lots of similar events on Vancouver Island too.

The West Coast Wedding Show is typically a one-day event that includes all sorts of wedding professionals in one large space. It’s a place full of dozens of vendors offering products and services to help turn your dream wedding into reality. Last year there were more than 70 exhibitors.

The exhibition includes companies specializing in wedding decorations, videography, music, wedding dresses and more. It’s a convenient way to meet with professionals in the industry and find inspiration for your special day. The event also features fashion models and awesome giveaways.

Are you and your partner recently engaged? Do you have the responsibility of planning a wedding? If yes to either of those questions, the next wedding show is the Engaged Wedding Show in January of 2026. You might also want to go if you’re the mother of the bride (or a sister or close friend).

Wedding Show Hours and Location

Last year’s event happened in February and November. The dates and details for 2026 are to be confirmed.

The fall edition of the West Coast Wedding Show usually takes place on a Sunday in early November. Last year the show was held at the Paradox Hotel from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. The luxurious four-star hotel is located at 1161 West Georgia Street in the heart of Vancouver. It’s a fancy place just a few blocks up from the Vancouver Convention Centre.

In 2025 there was also a show in February. It happened at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown. That four-star hotel is located at 6083 McKay Avenue in Burnaby which is just a block or so from Metropolis at the Met.

Where and when the West Coast Wedding Show takes place again in 2026 is to be determined.

What’s New?

At last November’s West Coast Wedding Show there were a couple of new features. In addition to the event having more exhibitors in an even more luxurious venue than ever before, there were Bridal Workshops and 1-on-1 Meetings.

With the Bridal Workshops, instead of just being able to visit vendor booths, guests could join educational, hands-on group sessions where they could learn about what to expect and consider when planning a wedding. The 1-on-1 Meetings, meanwhile, were a new feature of the show where guests can get personalized advice. With these sessions, engaged couples could book times to chat 1-on-1 with wedding service specialists, which allowed them to privately ask questions specific to their own situations and get valuable personized advice. Topics for discussion could include visions for the wedding, budget considerations, and other wants and needs.

Event Exhibitors

The West Coast Wedding Show is where you can find some of the best vendors and service providers in the wedding industry. The event features vendors you’ll need at every stage of planning. The event also normally includes DJs, photographers, bakers, decorators, florists, dress designers, caterers and makeup artists, plus a whole lot more. Over 60 companies participated at the event last February, and over 70 were at the Paradox Hotel last November. Details for the 2026 events are to be confirmed.

Event Video

Check out the video below for an idea of what to expect at the next West Coast Wedding Show. It shows scenes from the event in 2024, when it was at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown in Burnaby. The show in February, 2025, at the same venue was similar, although slightly bigger. The event in November, 2025, at the Paradox Hotel was the biggest and fanciest one yet.
