Vancouver’s West Coast Wedding Show in 2026

West Coast Wedding Show

The West Coast Wedding Show is a bridal exhibition featuring a wide range of wedding products and services in Vancouver or Burnaby.

Sometimes the event happens at the Paradox Hotel in downtown Vancouver. At other times, it’s at the Hilton in Burnaby. If you, a close friend, or a family member is planning to get married, this is an event you want to attend.

See the West Coast Wedding Show website or continue reading below for full details about the event.

The West Coast Wedding Show

West Coast Weddings has hosted a couple of events in the Lower Mainland, and they’ve been a tremendous success. The 2025 edition was the largest to date. The organizers also host many similar events on Vancouver Island.

The West Coast Wedding Show is typically a one-day event that brings together a wide range of wedding professionals in a single venue. It’s a place full of dozens of vendors offering products and services to help turn your dream wedding into reality. The event typically showcases more than 70 exhibitors.

The exhibition includes companies specializing in wedding decorations, videography, music, wedding dresses, and more. It’s a convenient way to connect with industry professionals and find inspiration for your special day. The event also features fashion models and awesome giveaways.

What to Expect

The March 2026 edition is the 3rd annual “In Bloom” event in Metro Vancouver. In Bloom is a full-day celebration of wedding inspiration and creativity. This curated event brings together talented wedding professionals, new design ideas, and an atmosphere that makes wedding planning feel exciting and effortless. There is elegant decor, floral displays, live music, and inspiration for couples at every stage of their wedding planning.

Guests can enjoy small beauty treatments, roaming bridal fashion, photo booths, and the opportunity to connect with expert vendors who can help bring their wedding vision to life. Throughout the day, there are door prizes and a grand prize honeymoon available to win.

In previous editions, there have also been Bridal Workshops, where guests participated in hands-on group sessions to learn skills for planning a wedding. There were also 1-on-1 meetings that provided guests with personalized advice in a more private setting. It will likely be similar in 2026. However, the exact details are yet to be confirmed.

Guests can expect 60 to 70 vendors at the 2026 events.
