Everything Electric Canada in 2024
Everything Electric Canada is a multi-award winning “Festival of Electrification”. It’s a touring exhibition for everything related to electric vehicles and home energy.
The festival’s first ever event in Canada took place as Fully Charged LIVE in Vancouver in 2023. It’s back again this year but with a new name. In 2024, Everything Electric Canada takes place in Vancouver from Friday, September 6th, until Sunday, September 8th.
The event is held at the West Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre, located at 1055 Canada Place.
Event Highlights and Activities
Everything Electric Canada is a family-friendly event with all sorts of things to see and do. It’s a fun place for vehicle enthusiasts and as well as for folks looking for an interesting event showcasing technology, environmentally-friendly solutions and lots of cool things. Expect to see people of all ages in and around the Vancouver Convention Centre throughout the weekend.
The event usually features many of the world’s top automobile brands and manufacturers. Each brands shows off their latest electric vehicles. Last year, Hyundai unveiled their 2024 Kona Electric and BMW brought their 2024 i5 to the event as well. The Polestar-3 was revealed to Canadians for the first time ever in 2023. Volkswagen’s ID. Buzz was at the event too, as was North Vancouver’s own OHM e-Bikes.
At Everything Electric Canada, guests won’t only be looking at vehicles. They can also test drive some of the electric cars themselves! In fact, the 2024 festival features an even larger space for test driving than the 2023 event. Folks will likely be able to experience other forms of electric transportation again as well, such as e-bikes, e-scooters, motorcycles and more.
For kids, last year’s event included a city built with Lego and some artwork to admire. There were also experiments to participate in on each day of the event courtesy of Science World on the Road. Younger kids enjoyed book readings, sharing notes of kindness and other activities. 2024 details are to be confirmed.
In addition to all of the vehicles to see and test, Everything Electric Canada also offers educational talks and sessions to attend. There are experts from a variety of fields to learn from. The event is where you’ll hear home energy tips, innovative ideas and ways to contribute to a greener future.
