
The Vancouver International Jazz Festival offers numerous free and ticketed concerts in downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, and on the North Shore.
Performances take place at the venues listed below on various days between the third week of June and Canada Day most years. In 2026 the festival runs from June 19th until July 5th.

The Vancouver International Jazz Festival takes place from June 19th to July 5th in 2026.

Water Street Cafe
This live music venue is located inside Water St. Café. The building is located at 300 Water Street in Gastown. The schedule of concerts at 2nd Floor Gastown is listed below. Prices for shows in 2026 cost $20 per person.

BlueShore Financial Centre for the Performing Arts
Located at Capilano University at 2055 Purcell Way in North Vancouver, the BlueShore Financial Centre for the Performing Arts hosts a few ticketed concerts in 2026. Admission ranges from $32 to $42. The schedule for late June is below.

The French restaurant in Kitsilano hosts a series of free shows this year. Those who want to enjoy the music have to dine as well.

Granville Island Locations
Jazz concerts take place most days on Granville Island during the Vancouver International Jazz Festival at a few locations. There are three different stages with live music. In most cases, admission is pay-what-you-can.
Ocean Art Works Stage Concerts
An outdoor pavilion with a roof overhead, Ocean Art Works is located at 1531 Johnston Street on Granville Island. The location made its festival debut in 2021 and has quickly become a much-used venue. 2026 shows are below. A few cost $15 to attend, while others are pay-what-you-can.

Guilt & Company is a bar at #1 Alexander Street in Gastown. It’s also a popular place for live music throughout most of the year. Prophecy Bar
Prophecy is an underground cocktail bar below the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. Its address is 801 West Georgia Street. The bar hosts four shows during this year’s festival. Tickets to all of them cost $12.

Another awesome music festival is the Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival. In 2026 it takes place from July 23rd to 26th.
