The 2024 Vancouver International Jazz Festival runs from June 21st until June 30th. It includes dozens of both free and ticketed jazz performances.
One star headliner this year is Killer Mike. The Grammy Award-winning rap artist will be at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on June 29th. Other headliners this year include SUMAC with Moor Mother, Veronica Swift and Julian Lage. Tickets for these and other concerts are already on sale.
In this article you’ll find a list of the various free live music performances that are happening at the festival this year. Don’t just go to the free concerts though! The ticketed events are well worth paying for! Many of the artists are amazing, and some of the best concerts, as one might expect, are ticketed. There are, however, lots of great free events too.
For tickets and full details about the festival, visit coastaljazz.ca. For a list of performances that you need tickets for (and are well worth paying for), see Vancouver Jazz Festival Ticketed Concerts.
