The Pacific National Exhibition is not only home to Playland, the PNE Fair and Fright Nights, but also to dozens of concerts and other events every year.

Vancouver’s PNE Events and Venues
So many Vancouver events take place at the PNE. Some of them are put on by the Pacific National Exhibition itself, like those mentioned above. Others are independent events and simply rent the PNE’s facilities.
Venues at the PNE include Playland (where all the rides are), Hastings Racecourse, the Pacific Coliseum, the PNE Forum, Hastings Park and the Agrodome.

Annual Events at the PNE
Below is a list of events taking place at the PNE in different months of the year. Our list doesn’t include everything. It does, though, include some of the best events and our favourites.

PNE Events in JANUARY
January 28th, 2026
- The Harlem Globetrotters 100 Year Tour – thrilling basketball dunks and tricks at the Pacific Coliseum. The team celebrates their 100th year.
PNE Events in FEBRUARY
February 15th, 2026
- Neighbourhood Skate Day – residents close to the PNE can skate for free.
Other Events
- Hoobiyee – the celebration of the Nisga’a First Nation’s New Year takes place at the PNE Forum. (TBC)
PNE Events in MARCH
March 14th to 15th, 2026
- Vancouver Comics & Toy Show – a biannual event featuring close to 200 vendors selling new, used and collectible comics, toys and superhero paraphernalia at the PNE Forum.
March 27th to 29th, 2026
- Monster Jam – a monster truck show and competition at the Pacific Coliseum.
Other Events
- Vancouver Mineral and Gem Show – a market-style show featuring vendors displaying and selling jewelry, crystals, rare fossils and more at the PNE Forum! There are also lectures, door prizes and demos. (TBC)

April 17th, 2026
- A Special Evening with JOURNEY – the rock band performs at the Pacific Coliseum on their Final Frontier Tour.
PNE Events in MAY
May 16th and 17th, 2026
- Foundation 14.0 – a music festival featuring electronic dance music at the PNE Centre Grounds.
May 16th to August 21st, 2026
- Playland – an amusement park with over 20 rides takes place on select dates this month.

- Playland – an amusement park with over 20 rides takes place on select dates this month.

- Rosé Disco – wine, food and live entertainment outdoors at the PNE Fairgrounds.

- Vancouver Craft Beer & Music Festival – an event showcasing craft beer and music at the PNE Fairgrounds. (TBC)
- The Cup – a horse racing event with live music and a fashion show at Hastings Racecourse. (TBC)
- Punchbowl Festival – drinks, tacos and live music at the PNE Forum. (TBC)

May 16th to August 21st, 2026
- Playland – an amusement park with over 20 rides takes place on select dates this month.
August 22nd to September 7th, 2026
- Pacific National Exhibition (i.e. the PNE Fair) – an event featuring many attractions such as food trucks, rides, a dream home lottery, live performances and agricultural exhibits.

- HAPPYLAND – an event celebrating Pride Week and Vancouver’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community. (TBC)
PNE Events in SEPTEMBER
August 22nd to September 7th, 2026
- Pacific National Exhibition (i.e. the PNE Fair) – an event featuring many attractions such as food trucks, rides, a dream home lottery, live performances and agricultural exhibits. It runs until the end of the Labour Day Long Weekend.
PNE Events in OCTOBER
- Fright Nights – featuring a variety of haunted houses and amusement rides, this Halloween event is not for the faint of heart! (TBC)
- Harvest Haus – a popular Oktoberfest event with European-style food and drinks for people ages 19+ at the PNE Forum. (TBC)
- Vancouver Comic & Toy Show – the collectables event takes place at the PNE Forum. (TBC)
- Vancouver Winter Extreme Ski & Board Swap – winter sports equipment sales at the PNE Forum. (TBC)
PNE Events in NOVEMBER
- Vancouver Mineral and Gem Show – a market-style show at the PNE Forum featuring jewelry, crystals, rare fossils and more! There are also lectures, door prizes and demos. (TBC)
- Disney On Ice – the touring ice-skating show Let’s Dance happens at the PNE’s Pacific Coliseum. (TBC)
PNE Events in DECEMBER
- Make It Vancouver Craft Show – a Christmas craft market featuring hundreds of vendors at the PNE Forum. All of the items are handmade by local vendors. (TBC)
- Contact Winter Music Festival – a two-day electronic music festival at the Pacific Coliseum. (TBC)
- PNE Winter Fair – Christmas lights, music and magical scenes at the venue. (TBC)
