The Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites is a hotel on West Hastings across the street from the Harbour Centre and Vancouver Lookout tourist attraction.
Managed by Marriott, the hotel is one of over 40 downtown Vancouver hotels which participate in the StayVancouverHotels.com program (where you can earn bonus perks for booking your stay through the website).
We always recommend people visit StayVancouverHotels.com when booking a Vancouver hotel because it offers competitive rates, plus bonus perks like gift cards and tickets to events and attractions. You can only book certain hotels through the site, however, and Vancouver’s Delta Hotel is one of them.
The Delta Hotel in Downtown Vancouver
The Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites is a nice hotel that’s located just a couple of blocks from Vancouver’s Waterfront Station (which is the city’s main downtown station that connects the rest of the city by SkyTrain and SeaBus).
The hotel’s address is 550 West Hastings Street. It’s not far from a number of places of interest including Gastown, Canada Place and Granville Street. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the Coal Harbour Seawall which is a very popular place for a stroll and connects to Stanley Park.
Delta Hotels Vancouver is also where you can play the Vancouver Mysteries Case of the Hotel Detective game. Vancouver Mysteries offers a number of fun experiences that are like escape room adventures, but out and about in downtown Vancouver. The Case of the Hotel Detective takes place entirely indoors and begins with your team meeting a detective in the hotel lobby. From there you have to try and solve a murder mystery!
Hotel Amenities
All of the rooms at Delta Hotels Vancouver are suites. This means they have separated bedroom and living room areas and are also slightly larger than a standard hotel room. Virtually all the suites are 400 square feet in size. The exception is the luxury Cityscape Suite which is 800 square feet.
Guests can choose between a King bed or two Queen beds for their room. Some of the rooms also include a sofa bed. The rooms all have a desk space for work, at least one TV and a safe to store valuables. Some of the suites have a kitchenette which has a microwave, silverware and dishes along with the mini fridge. None of the suites have a full oven and stove setup.
Rates at the hotel starts at around $240 per night (plus taxes and other fees). One way you can save money on your stay is by booking through StayVancouverHotels.com and using one of their many bonus perks.
Dining at Delta Hotels Vancouver
The hotel’s restaurant is Stock & Supply which is a well-reviewed place that’s open from 6:30 am until 11:00 pm on weekdays. On weekends it’s open from 7:00 am to noon and then again from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (or at least that was the case the last time we checked).
Stock & Supply offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus along with a wide variety of spirits and cocktails. If you want to eat from the comfort of your suite, you can also order off the menu through room service.
Delta Hotels Vancouver doesn’t offer a complimentary breakfast. If you want to try something other than the on-site restaurant, then there are plenty of options in the downtown area. See our article on the Best Places to Eat in Vancouver for some good places to check out.
