In 2026 the spring edition of the event happens on Sunday, March 29th, at the Hilton Hotel in Burnaby. The next shows after that will likely be at the Paradox Hotel on November 1st and then again at the Hilton in Burnaby on January 24th in 2027.

Wedding Show Hours and Location

In 2026 the first edition of the West Coast Wedding Show for the year takes place on Sunday, March 29th, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The event is at the Hilton Hotel at 6083 McKay Avenue in Burnaby. The venue isn’t far from Metropolis at the Met.

In the fall, the second edition of the West Coast Wedding Show takes place around October. Last year’s autumn show was held at the Paradox Hotel in the heart of Vancouver. Where and when the second event happens in autumn 2026, however, is to be confirmed.

The next shows after the spring one will likely be at the Paradox Hotel on November 1st in 2026 and then again at the Hilton in Burnaby on January 24th in 2027. Both of those events will also likely run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, but with exact details to be confirmed.

In 2026 the schedule of entertainment for the March 29th event is the following:

11:00 am – Guitar
12:30 pm – Fashion Show
2:00 pm – Parade (music performance)
3:30 pm – Fashion Show.

Admission Details

Early bird tickets for the spring event in 2026 cost approximately $16, with prices rising to $20 closer to the event. Tickets can be purchased on the official event website.

Admission includes entry into several draws. Prizes to win in 2026 include a room rental at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, a five-night stay at the Grand Palladium Costsa Mujeres in Cancun, a gift certificate for a photography session, and more.

The March 2026 edition is the 3rd annual “In Bloom” event in Metro Vancouver. In Bloom is a full-day celebration of wedding inspiration and creativity. This curated event brings together talented wedding professionals, new design ideas, and an atmosphere that makes wedding planning feel exciting and effortless. There is elegant decor, floral displays, live music, and inspiration for couples at every stage of their wedding planning.
