The West Coast Wedding Show is a bridal exhibition featuring a wide range of wedding products and services at the Paradox Hotel in Vancouver.

If you, a close friend or a family member are planning to get married, this is the kind of event you want to attend. In 2025 the event took place on February 23rd. It’s also happening on Sunday, November 2nd.

The West Coast Wedding Show

West Coast Weddings presented its first wedding show in the Lower Mainland in the spring of last year and it was a great success. The organizers run similar events on Vancouver Island, but last year was the first “West Coast Weddings Show” in Metro Vancouver. There was another one again on February 23rd in 2025 and it was even bigger and better.

The West Coast Wedding Show is a one-day event that includes all sorts of wedding professionals in one large space. It’s a place full of more than 60 vendors offering products and services to help turn your dream wedding into reality.

The exhibition includes companies specializing in wedding decorations, videography, music, wedding dresses and more. It’s a convenient way to meet with professionals in the industry and find inspiration for your special day. The event also features fashion models and awesome giveaways.

Another nice feature about the event is the free food and drink samples. When we went we had a complimentary coffee latte, a glass of champagne punch, a cream pastry and a couple of other wedding reception-type snacks.

Hours and Location

The second West Coast Wedding Show of 2025 takes place on Sunday, November 2nd. It’s held at the Paradox building. The four-star hotel is located at 1161 West Georgia Street in Vancouver. It’s just a few blocks away from the Vancouver Convention Centre and Canada Place.

Admission Details

As of early August, ticket prices and details for the fall event are to be confirmed.

For an idea of what to expect, general admission tickets for the spring edition of the event cost $20 online. If you used the promo code WCWS25-250FF, however, you could have saved yourself 25%. Also, early bird tickets to the event were just $16.

Admission to the previous event included entry into several draws. Prizes to win in recent years have included a custom dress shirt, four-hour photography session, a decoration package, and a wedding service package. There were bigger prizes up for grabs too, including a seven-night honeymoon stay at a golf and spa resort in Mexico.

The West Coast Wedding Show is where you can find some of the best vendors and service providers in the wedding industry. At the event there are couples and wedding planners walking around the venue and talking to all the professionals on-site.

The event typically features vendors you’ll need at every stage of planning. Details about vendors at the fall 2025 event are to be confirmed. The event earlier this year included DJs, photographers, bakers, decorators, florists, dress designers, caterers and makeup artists, plus a whole lot more. Over 60 companies participated at the event in February.

Product and service providers in the spring included Proline Trading, Reel Silks Designs & Rental, We Know Music DJ Services, The Phonix, Flowers on 22, Unni Pastries, and JL Graphy. There was also Four Seasons Floristry, Zapped Productions, Alisha Khan Photography, Mountain Daisy Florals, ElleB Photography, Get Toned by Robin, Andrew Lukianiuk Photography, Astound Entertainment, Destination Weddings & Travel by Kiki, Coffee Bike, Snap N Dash Photobooth, and Bouvardia Events.

Other wedding experts you could meet at the event earlier this year were Yes!
