The West Coast Wedding Show in Burnaby

West Coast Weddings presented its first wedding show in the Lower Mainland in the spring of last year and it was a great success. The organizers run similar events on Vancouver Island, but last year was the first “West Coast Weddings Show” in Metro Vancouver. There is another one again on February 23rd in 2025 and it’s going to be even bigger and better!

The West Coast Wedding Show is a one-day event that includes all sorts of wedding professionals in one large space. It’s a place full of more than 60 vendors offering products and services to help turn your dream wedding into reality.

The exhibition includes companies specializing in wedding decorations, videography, music, wedding dresses and more. It’s a convenient way to meet with professionals in the industry and find inspiration for your special day. The event also features fashion models and awesome giveaways.

Another nice feature about the event is the free food and drink samples. When we went we had a complimentary coffee latte, a glass of champagne punch, a cream pastry and a couple of other wedding reception-type snacks. It was all delicious!

In 2025 the West Coast Wedding Show takes place on Sunday, February 23rd, from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

The event happens at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown. The four-star hotel is located at 6083 McKay Avenue in Burnaby. The venue is close to Metropolis at Metrotown which is the largest mall in the Metro Vancouver region. The area is also not far from Central Park.

Admission Details

General admission tickets for the 2025 West Coast Wedding Show when purchased online cost $20. If you use the promo code WCWS25-250FF, however, you can save yourself 25%. Also, early bird tickets to the event cost just $16 up until January 31st.

Admission to the event includes entry into several draws. Prizes to win last year included a custom dress shirt, four-hour photography session, a decoration package, and a wedding service package. There were bigger prizes up for grabs too, including a seven-night honeymoon stay at a golf and spa resort in Mexico! Wouldn’t that have been nice to win! Someone did!
