West Coast Weddings hosts a couple of events in the Lower Mainland each year and they are really good. The organizers also host many similar events on Vancouver Island.
The West Coast Wedding Show is an event that brings together a wide range of wedding professionals in a single venue. It’s a place full of dozens of vendors offering products and services to help turn your dream wedding into reality. The event typically showcases more than 70 exhibitors.

Wedding Show Hours and Location
In 2026 the first edition of the West Coast Wedding Show for the year took place on Sunday, March 29th, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The event was at the Hilton Hotel at 6083 McKay Avenue in Burnaby. The venue isn’t far from Metropolis at the Met.
The next shows will likely be at the Paradox Hotel on November 1st in 2026 and then again at the Hilton in Burnaby on January 24th in 2027. Both of those events will also likely run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, but with exact details to be confirmed.
The schedule of entertainment for the spring event was the following:
- 11:00 am – Guitar
- 12:30 pm – Fashion Show
- 2:00 pm – Parade (music performance)
- 3:30 pm – Fashion Show.

Admission Details
Early bird tickets for the spring event in 2026 were $16, and prices rose to $20 closer to the event. Tickets were available on the official event website.
Admission normally includes entry into several draws. Prizes to win in the spring included a room rental at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, a five-night stay at the Grand Palladium Costsa Mujeres in Cancun, a gift certificate for a photography session, and more.
The first 250 guests at the spring show also received a complimentary gift bag. It had got special offers inside, as well as a few products to take home.

What to Expect
The March 2026 edition was the 3rd annual “In Bloom” event in Metro Vancouver. In Bloom is normally a full-day celebration of wedding inspiration and creativity. The event typically includes DJs, photographers, bakers, decorators, florists, dress designers, caterers, and makeup artists, plus many more. Guests can expect between 70 and 80 exhibitors at the 2026 spring event.

Other product and service providers at the spring event included Pampas Gal Studio, Vancouver Flower School, Reel Silks, MistyBlue Flowers, Manites Flower Shop, Bita W Florist, Queens Park Florists, Peake of Catering, Buttercrumbs, The Roaming Bar, Blend Bubble Tea, Petite Delights, Yan Bakery, Ixora Jewelers, LU/DA Clothing Design, and Samson Wardrobes.
Even more exhibitors at the event earlier this year were Magnetify Pics, My Wedding Painter, Carol McQuaid Art, Best Moments Studio, Jaclynn Anne Photography, Halle Adrian Photography, Demin Photography, Andrew Lukianiuk Photo, and Bruce Dyer Photography. There was also Meadow Gardens Golf Club, Galiano Inn Oceanview, Mintara – Burnaby Mountain, Nicklaus Golf Course, the Diamond Alumni Centre (SFU), Hilton Vancouver Hotel Metrotown, and many more.
