Vancouver Fall Home Show

The Vancouver Fall Home Show is a home improvement trade show event that takes place at the Vancouver Convention Centre each year in October.

The organizers of the Fall Home Show also run the BC Home + Garden Show which takes place in the spring at BC Place Stadium.

2024 marks the event’s 42nd year when it runs in October from the 24th to the 27th.

Vancouver Fall Home Show

The Vancouver Fall Home Show is the place to be for anyone looking to renovate or upgrade their home. The event runs marketplace-style inside the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Exhibitors at the Home Show offer products and services related to home projects. The show features both local and international vendors who often offer special prices or show-exclusive deals.

Where and When

Each year the Vancouver Fall Home Show happens at the Vancouver Convention Centre. In 2024 the show is downstairs in the Centre’s West Building.

The Vancouver Convention Centre is in the Coal Harbour area of downtown Vancouver. The building’s large glass front is an iconic part of the Vancouver Harbour waterfront. Next door to the Convention Centre (about a block away) is Canada Place which is home to the city’s cruise ship terminal and the FlyOver Canada tourist attraction.

This year the Vancouver Fall Home Show runs from October 24th to 27th. On the Thursday the show runs from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On the Friday the hours are from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm, on the Saturday from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm, and on the Sunday the show is on from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Admission to the Home Show

Prices for tickets for the Fall Home Show in 2024 are listed below.

Adult (ages 13 and older) – $16, or $14 when bought before October 24th
Senior (ages 60 and older) – $13, or $11 when bought before October 24th
Child (ages 12 and younger) – FREE

During the 2024 fall show, there are also “half day” adult and senior tickets available for $8 each. These give attendees full access to the show on any day after 4:00 pm.

What to Expect

At the Vancouver Fall Home Show visitors can expect to see numerous exhibitors selling everything from windows to flooring and home decor. Expect to see hot tubs, gas fireplaces, beds and kitchen equipment. There are sometimes things like e-bikes as well. Some booths offer physical products while other booths offer design tips and tricks.
