The Vancouver Fall Home Show is a home improvement trade show event that takes place at the Vancouver Convention Centre each year in October.
The organizers of the Fall Home Show also run the BC Home + Garden Show which takes place in the spring at BC Place Stadium.
2023 marks the event’s 41st year. The trade show is scheduled for the four days of September 28th to October 1st.
Vancouver Fall Home Show
The Vancouver Fall Home Show is the place to be for folk looking to renovate or upgrade their homes. The event runs marketplace-style inside the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Exhibitors at the Home Show offer products and services related to home projects. The show features both local and international vendors who often offer special prices or show-exclusive deals.
Where and When
Each year the Vancouver Fall Home Show happens at the Vancouver Convention Centre. In 2023 the show is downstairs in the Centre’s West Building.
The Vancouver Convention Centre is in the Coal Harbour area of downtown Vancouver. The building’s large glass front is an iconic part of the Vancouver Harbour waterfront. Next door to the Convention Centre (about a block away) is Canada Place which is home to the city’s cruise ship terminal and the FlyOver Canada tourist attraction.
In 2023 the Vancouver Fall Home Show runs from September 28th until October 1st. On the Thursday the show runs from 4 until 9 pm. On the Friday the hours are from 12 until 9 pm, on the Saturday from 10 am until 9 pm, and on the Sunday from 10 am until 6 pm.
Admission to the Home Show
Prices for tickets for the Fall Home Show in 2023 are listed below.
- Adult (ages 13 & older) – $16, or $12 when bought before October 20th
- Senior (ages 60 & older) – $11
- Child (ages 12 & younger) – FREE
There are also “half day” adult and senior tickets available for $8 each. These give you full access to the show on any day after 4:00 pm.

What to Expect
At the Vancouver Fall Home Show visitors can expect to see numerous exhibitors selling everything from windows to flooring and home decor. Expect to see hot tubs, gas fireplaces, beds and kitchen equipment. There are sometimes things like e-bikes as well. Some booths offer physical products while other booths offer design tips and tricks.
