Vancouver Fall Home Show

The Vancouver Fall Home Show is a home improvement trade show event that takes place at the Vancouver Convention Centre each year in October.

The organizers of the Fall Home Show also run the BC Home + Garden Show which takes place in February or March. The spring event used to be at BC Place Stadium. As of 2026, however, it too is at the convention centre. Ohio-based Marketplace Events (MPE), the biggest trade show company of its kind in North America, hosts both events.

Vancouver Fall Home Show

The Vancouver Fall Home Show is the premier destination for anyone looking to renovate or upgrade their home. The event runs marketplace-style inside the Vancouver Convention Centre. 2026 marks the show’s 44th year.

Exhibitors at the Home Show offer products and services related to home projects. The show features both local and international vendors who often offer special prices or show-exclusive deals.

Where and When?

The Vancouver Fall Home Show happens at the Vancouver Convention Centre each year. In 2026 the Convention Centre’s West Building hosts the show from October 15th to 18th.

The Vancouver Convention Centre is in the Coal Harbour area of downtown Vancouver. The building’s large glass front is an iconic part of the Vancouver Harbour waterfront. Next door to the Convention Centre (about a block away) is Canada Place which is home to the city’s cruise ship terminal and the Flyover at Canada Place tourist attraction.

Operating hours at the Vancouver Fall Home Show are Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Admission to the Home Show

Ticket prices for the Fall Home Show in 2026 are as follows:

Adult (ages 13+) – $16, or $14 before October 15th, 2026
Senior (ages 60+) – $13, or $11 before October 15th, 2026
Children (ages 12 and under) – Free
4-Pack (4 adult/senior tickets) – $42
After 4:00 pm on any day – Adults and Seniors half price – $8

What to Expect

At the Vancouver Fall Home Show visitors can expect to see numerous exhibitors selling everything from windows and flooring to home décor. Products include hot tubs, fireplaces, beds and kitchen equipment. Some booths feature larger items while others provide design services and advice.

TIP #1: Admission is free on Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm in 2026! This offer is courtesy of Rock101. Tickets are also only $8 for the other days of the event if you go after 4:00 pm.

TIP #2: Save $2 when buying full-day tickets online. Be prepared to pay more if you buy your tickets at the door.
