The Stinking Rose Garlic Festival is at Chilliwack’s Fantasy Farms which also hosts Petey’s Pumpkin Patch and Reapers Maze of Terror in autumn.

Fantasy Farms is a farm that grows vegetables. It also hosts special seasonal events at Easter, in early autumn and at Halloween (including both Petey’s Pumpkin Patch and Reapers Maze of Terror).

In 2026 the Chilliwack Garlic Festival happens on the weekend of September 19th and 20th. This year, the first day also features SKAtoberfest.

Stinking Rose Garlic Festival in Chilliwack

The Chilliwack Garlic Festival is an annual event at Fantasy Farms. Now called the Stinking Rose Garlic Festival, the 2026 event celebrates its 12th (non-consecutive) year on the Saturday and Sunday of September 19th and 20th.

The garlic festival usually features artisan vendors, live music and the Guerilla Q barbecued ribs food truck. There are farm animals and activities for children too. At the event last year there were lots of extra kid-friendly activities as well since Petey’s Pumpkin Patch was open for festival goers to explore.

Festival Details

The annual Stinking Rose Garlic Festival takes place at Fantasy Farms on September 19th and 20th in 2026. The venue’s address is 9423 Gibson Road in Chilliwack.

On the Saturday this year, SKAtoberfest takes place from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. It’s a ticketed event with entertainment by WHITEY, Wooden Horsemen and Go Bragg. German and Jamaican food are available for purchase.

During the day the Stinking Rose Garlic Festival usually offers market vendors, food and drinks, as well as family-friendly activities and music to enjoy. On the Sunday there is also typically a Garlic Pancake Breakfast.

There are over 20 vendors selling a wide range of garlic-related and other products. There are also a number of food trucks and a beer garden, plus a kids corn maze, train rides, bouncy castles and Petey’s Pumpkin Patch to explore.

Garlic Festival Admission Prices

Ticket prices for the Stinking Rose Garlic Festival in 2026 are to be confirmed.

Early bird tickets to SKAtoberfest costs about $32 for adults, $26 for seniors and minors, and $85 for two adults and two minors. Admission also includes a weekend pass to the rest of the Stinking Rose Garlic Festival.

Ticket prices for just the Stinking Rose Garlic Festival are to be confirmed. Last year’s admission started at about $10 per person.
