Vancouver Boat Parties at Halloween

A fun way to dance away the night while also taking in the sparkling sights of the city is on a party cruise. Vancouver Boat Parties is one of the top companies in the city for just those sorts of cruises, and they have multiple options for Halloween events.

All of the cruises are on boats with multiple decks. There were three different cruises in 2022. Two of them launched from False Creek by Pacific Boulevard. The other departed from Coal Harbour by the Westin Bayshore Hotel.

All the parties include top Vancouver DJs, dancing, spooky decorations and people in costumes. Halloween costumes aren’t required, but they were encouraged!

Below are details about the different cruise options for 2022. Three sailings are listed in total. One happened on the Saturday before Halloween and one took place on the first Saturday of November. Both events were for adults only.

Halloween Havoc Boat Party

Saturday, October 29th, 2022

The Halloween Havoc Boat Party was one of two Vancouver Boat Party events happening on Saturday, October 29th. The Halloween Havoc Boat Party ran from 8:00 pm until midnight. The cruise departed from 760 Pacific Boulevard at 8:30 pm.

This event was held on the Burrard Queen. The boat party featured two levels full of dancing and music, along with a premium bar and viewing deck. Providing the dance music on the Saturday night cruise was DJ Thunder. There was a mix of Top 40, Hip-Hop, Mashups, Throwback and more.

The least expensive tickets began at about $50 but prices increased as the event got closer. Regular admission prices ranged up to about $90. (Tip: If attending a Halloween Boat Party, it’s best to book your spot sooner rather than later when possible. Also, these cruises sell out most years!)

Halloween Glow in the Dark Boat Party

Saturday, November 5th, 2022

Held on the Burrard Queen, this cruise took place on Saturday, November 5th. It ran from 8:00 pm until midnight and departed from 760 Pacific Boulevard at 8:30 pm. The Halloween Glow in the Dark party featured energetic music and a glow in the dark theme.

Over 200 people were onboard dancing and having a good time. All guests were encouraged to wear white or neon colours to fit the glowing theme. Halloween costumes were welcomed too. Everyone received complimentary glow sticks as well.

DJ Thunder played Hip-Hop, Throwback, Mashups and other music all night. In addition to a premium bar selling alcoholic beverages, there were also snacks and appetizers on sale.

Prices ranged between $50 and $100. As with other Halloween-themed Vancouver Boat Parties, the sooner you book your tickets, the less expensive they are.
