About The Dance Centre in Vancouver
The Dance Centre is a non-profit organization. The Scotiabank Dance Centre is the name of the building it’s based in. Both the organization and the physical venue are a hub for dancing, dancers and dance companies in Vancouver. Many dance groups use its facilities for classes and rehearsals. Its spaces can also be rented for both private and public events.

In addition to managing the venue where dance rehearsals and performances take place, The Dance Centre is also a resource centre for dance companies and artists. It’s where people and organizations can get dance-related news and information about funding opportunities, employment, auditions, training and more.
