DreadWorlds Realm of Horror is a new Halloween haunted house-style attraction. The full-sensory, cinematic storytelling experience debuts in Langley in October.
DreadWorlds Realm of Horror in Langley
DreadWorlds Realm of Horror is an immersive Halloween haunted house. It features haunting visuals, chilling sounds, scary smells and even 4D nightmare elements where you are part of the story.
Designed by film professionals and built by a talented team of SFX artists, the attraction combines cinematic horror, live actors and story-driven adventures. DreadWorlds is for thrill-seekers and Halloween fans looking for something beyond the traditional haunted house.
When and Where is DreadWorlds
In 2025 DreadWorlds is open on select nights from October 3rd to November 1st. The attraction operates with multiple evening time slots, giving visitors flexibility to plan their visit. The attraction operates Wednesdays through Sundays (excluding Wednesday October 8th) at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
DreadWorlds location is 3987 232 Street in Langley. There is free parking available on site. The attraction uses both indoor and outdoor areas to create a fully immersive experience. Visitors should dress appropriately for variable weather conditions. The venue is accessible and it offers a safe, convenient location for families and friends to enjoy a thrilling night of Halloween scares.
What to Expect at DreadWorlds
The DreadWorlds experience takes you through over 50 minutes of immersive horror. Each experience is theatrical and interactive. There are three different worlds: Steamboat Willi, Hive and Pumpkinface. Each features unique characters and storylines. The attraction uses realistic makeup, prosthetics and special effects to make every encounter feel terrifyingly scary. Guests encounter live actors, detailed sets and full sensory effects.
DreadWorlds offers a Scareband system so visitors can choose one of three levels of intensity. The Green Band is full-contact, meaning monsters may grab, stalk or interact directly with guests. The Yellow Band provides classic scares that are intense, but don’t involve physical contact. The Red Band reduces scare intensity with monsters avoiding direct interaction.
The system with different wristbands makes DreadWorlds suitable for everyone, from brave horror fans to those who like a gentler scare.
