Festivibe at the Shipyards

Festivibe is a free festival with international food, live entertainment, cultural shows and market vendors. There are many activities for everyone to enjoy all afternoon and evening.

Last year, kids explored the indoor Kids Zone inside the Pipe Shop Venue with bouncy castles, an obstacle course, crafts and face painting. Adults were able to enter the Cates Deck Beer Garden, and everyone was welcome to shop the market or watch live shows on the main stage.

Where and When is Festivibe?

In 2026 Festivibe happens on Saturday, September 19th, from 12:00 pm onwards. The event takes place at the Shipyards which is located at 115 Victory Ship Way in North Vancouver.

Festivibe normally features food trucks and vendors with dishes from around the world. Highlights last year included Baba’s House, Dos Amigos, Egg Blanket, Frying Pan, Mahshiko, and many more.

There was also an artisan market at last year’s event with handmade goods, crafts and local art. Vendors in previous years have included Soumak Boutique, Hina Henna, Meraki Jewelrys, Parvin Art and Wetscoast Naturals, plus many more local businesses and creators offering unique items and gifts.

Everyone who registers for this event is normally entered into giveaways. Admission is free, but Kids Zone activity passes are available as ticket add-ons. Last year’s early bird add-on tickets were available until mid-June. For an idea of how much passes cost, last year, a single bouncy castle pass was $4.68 for one-time use. Unlimited access for one kid was $23.70 or $34.87 for two kids. Face painting and balloon twisting were $4.68 for each ticket. After mid-June the prices were slightly more. Prices will likely be comparable in 2026.
