Maple Ridge Happenings was a series of outdoor concerts and family-friendly activities that take place at Memorial Peace Park in the summer.
In 2022 the event ran on Wednesdays and Fridays between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm from July 6th until September 2nd in Maple Ridge. The series of events involves food trucks, entertainment and kid-friendly activities. Admission is free.
Unfortunately, Maple Ridge Happenings isn’t happening in 2023. That being said, a different series of similar events is taking place this year. Instead of events once a week at Memorial Peace Park, this year the City of Maple Ridge is hosting three community block parties in different parts of town. See below for more details.

Maple Ridge Happenings Activity & Concert Series
Maple Ridge Summer Happenings was a series of events with a different concert or activity on a couple of days each week between July and August last year. Sometimes there were one or two musicians. Other times there might have been an art exhibition or family-friendly sports activities.
In 2023, instead of the weekly or twice-a-week events at Memorial Peace Park, there are three community block parties. They will likely take place on the first Friday of the month in July, August and September at Hammond Park, outside the Maple Ridge Museum and a third park location. The events will include live music and possibly even a movie. Exact details, however, are to be confirmed.
