Guildford Town Centre is the largest shopping mall in Surrey, and third largest in Metro Vancouver. It has over 200 stores and restaurants to explore.
The mall is located close to Guildford Recreation Centre and a branch of the Surrey Public Library. It also has a Landmark Cinemas movie theatre on its property.
MALL STORES AND COVID-19
Many indoor facilities were closed during the spring of 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak. As of early August, however, most stores remain open with varying hours. Seating areas within the mall have been adjusted to facilitate social distancing, and many stores are limiting the number of customers allowed in at any given time.
For up-to-date information about the mall, along with specific store hours, see the Guildford Town Centre website.

Mall Hours and Location
During normal years, Guildford Town Centre is open from 10 am to 9 pm on Mondays through Saturdays. Sunday hours are from 10 am to 6 pm.
The mall is located at 10355 152nd Street in North Surrey. It is close to the Trans-Canada Highway and the Port Mann Bridge, with the main entrance being at the corner of 152nd Street and 102a Avenue.
There are many free parking lots scattered around the shopping centre, and the Guildford Mall Bus Exchange is on 104th Avenue, under the mall bridge that connects the Hudson’s Bay to Urban Behaviour. Multiple buses that depart from here provide quick access to Surrey SkyTrain stations like Surrey Central and King George.
What Stores are at Guildford Town Centre?
Guildford Mall went through a series of renovations in the past decade to increase its size and accommodate more stores. While it still isn’t as large as Metrotown in Burnaby, or Park Royal in West Vancouver, it still boasts more stores than Surrey’s Central City Mall.
Large retail chains in Guildford Mall include the Hudson’s Bay, Old Navy, Walmart, H&M and Sport Chek. Other stores worth noting include Uniqlo, Apple, Disney, The LEGO Store, London Drugs and Sephora.
Separate from the main mall building is Mark’s, which carries both casual and work wear. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is also on the Guildford Mall property, along with Landmark Cinemas which is conveniently located outside Walmart.
