A great way to celebrate Valentine’s Day is with a fancy dinner date. Below are a number of Vancouver restaurants that have special menus on February 14th.

In 2027 Valentine’s Day is also part of the Family Day Long Weekend! There are plenty of fun activities to do all weekend long and it all starts on the Friday.

Metro Vancouver Restaurants on Valentine’s Day

Plenty of restaurants offer special menu items or curated multi-course meals for Valentine’s Day. In this article we’ve listed some of our top recommendations for places in Vancouver and on the North Shore. All of them are expected to have their own unique Valentine’s Day offerings in 2027!

Cliff House Restaurant & Bar

The Cliff House Restaurant & Bar is the on-site restaurant at Capilano Suspension Bridge located at 3755 Capilano Road in North Vancouver.

From the end of January until late February, Capilano Suspension Bridge has its annual Love Lights event. The popular attraction features plenty of Valentine-themed lights and decorations that make the bridge a most romantic place to visit.

The Cliff House gets in on the action as well. For the entirety of Love Lights (January 29th to February 21st in 2027) the restaurant offers a special Love Lights Feature Menu.

Last year the special items included HeartBeet Velouté to start ($15), Seared Scallops as a main ($35), and Raspberry HibisKiss for dessert ($13). For drinks there were The Smoke Show Martini ($17) and the Agavero Chocolate Café Latte ($13). We are looking forward to seeing what the offerings are for 2027!

H2 Kitchen + Bar

The H2 Kitchen + Bar is one of the two restaurants inside the Westin Bayshore Hotel at 1601 Bayshore Drive in Vancouver. Last year it offered a three-course menu priced at $150 per couple on Valentine’s Day.

The entrée options included sorghum glazed smoked short rib, winter truffle mushroom mac, and maple bourbon lingcod. Each dish came with a suggested wine pairing from the bar’s extensive drinks menu.

The choice of appetizers was prawn bisque or textures of strawberries. Dark chocolate cheesecake for two was the dessert.

We expect details will be similar in 2027.

H Tasting Lounge (and Winterlust)

Also inside the Westin Bayshore Hotel is the H Tasting Lounge. The restaurant’s most unique feature is the Winterlust dining experience where patrons can dine inside a glass and wood dome on the outdoor patio.

Winterlust is open during the fall and winter, including on Valentine’s Day. Up to six people can fit inside the dome, meaning that multiple couples can enjoy their Valentine’s Day dinner together if they wish. It’s very fancy and something you’ll remember for a long time!

The same restaurant also offers their Around the World in 80 Days High Tea on Valentine’s Day. In fact, the experience is available on all weekends this time of year from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm.

Winterlust at H Tasting Lounge — Winterlust at the H Tasting Lounge

P2B Bistro & Bar

P2B Bistro & Bar is inside the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront at 1133 West Hastings Street in Vancouver. We expect its Valentine’s Day menu to be available for a couble of days around February 14th in 2027, but this is to be confirmed.

In the past, the price for the four-course meal was $89. Guests had the choice between beef tenderloin and crab croquette, sablefish and scallops, or pasta for their main course. That’s after having either shucked oyster, crab and lobster bisque, or a burrata salad for the appetizer. Dessert was a special palette made for two. We can’t wait to see what is being offered for 2027.

Pier 7 Restaurant & Bar

As the name implies, Pier 7 Restaurant & Bar sits right on the water of Vancouver Harbour. The address is 25 Wallace Mews in North Vancouver’s Shipyards District. The restaurant specializes in seafood dishes, although there’s plenty of variety in the Valentine’s Day dishes.

The special February 13th and 14th menu cost $69 in 2026. Options for starters were roasted beets with goat cheese or burrata and tomato. The entrées included braised short rib, duck duo and baked lobster thermidor.

Dessert was a choice between chocolate ganache and praline fruit crumble. There were featured drinks to purchase separately as well.

My mouth is watering waiting to hear what the menu will look like for 2027.

North Vancouver Shipyards in Snow — The Shipyards and Pier 7 in Snow

Showcase Restaurant & Bar

Showcase Restaurant is located across the street from the P2B Bistro at 1122 West Hastings Street. It’s inside the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel.

The restaurant’s Valentine’s Day dinner menu was available on February 14th last year. It cost $98 and featured three courses. Highlight dishes on offer included roasted squash lasagna, a five-ounce grilled beef tenderloin, and sablefish. Details for 2027 are to be confirmed.

The Lobby Restaurant

The Lobby Restaurant is located inside the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier at 138 Victory Ship Way in North Vancouver. It’s right in the Shipyards and Lower Lonsdale District.

The cost to enjoy this restaurant’s special Valentine’s Day dinner in 2026 was $79. That was for four courses, one of them being an intermezzo featuring passionfruit sorbet or wine in between the appetizer and main course.

The starters last year included smoked salmon bisque, beetroot and burrata salad or ahi tuna crudo. Mains were miso maple black cod, filet mignon or a rack of lamb. Chocolate raspberry cheesecake and honey orange lavender crème brûlée were the choices for dessert. We can’t wait to learn more about the 2027 menu.

Tutto Restaurant & Bar

Tutto Restaurant & Bar is located in Yaletown at 901 Homer Street. Their Valentine’s Day menu was a la carte in 2026.

Menu items included baja scallop carpaccio ($30), kusshi oysters on the half shell ($24), handmade ravioli ($42), grilled veal chop ($75), and more. Another option was to get a fancy steak for two for $138. There was also a suggested wine pairing for each item. We expect 2027 to be similar.

Other Information

In addition to the above restaurants, Vancouver Boat Parties also offered a special dinner experience on February 14th last year. Because of the romantic aspects of Valentine’s Day, we expect there will be a similar boat cruise in 2027.The company has events at other times of the year too.
